What a joke been here since 12:18 and still not in a dock product isn’t even ready yet they are saying they won’t call me until around 2100 tonight no restroom to use some fly infested portapotty that hasn’t been cleaned since who knows when no vending machines don’t recommend loading here I wouldn’t even give them a one star rating. Stay away from this company they don’t care about...

I don’t know how they got all the good reviews, it’s my 3rd time here picking up scrap paper, always coming after 5pm and always 2-3 hours loading, and the thing is that I’m the only truck here. The receiver is appointment base and I’m already late. How is that even possible for scrap paper to be in the dock for 3 hours and not being loaded. Terrible place, I’m not coming...

They sent me to a off site warehouse. They gave me the names of streets to get there. But didn't know how to get me there. Someone needs to get something more. Like witch way to go from the first place to the 2nd place. Just street names didn't help. Especially when you are...
