7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Conway

Update: Not long ago, one of the servers here took our order by ear, never rang it up, and took our cash and gave us change. I asked about my points [normally they ask us for a number because they're prompted to do so on the pad] She replied "Ohhhh yeah my bad. I gotchu... it'll be 600 Points added." Then didn't do anything while we drove away. We were like hmm..that should've activated a free drink for next time. Anyway.. came through a week later and asked about our free drink. Nada. I asked when the last time points came on and she said she couldn't tell. Ok..I asked about the incident that happened the week before about the girl not ringing it up..adding points afterwards. She said that's not possible. So yeah..basically my point is, there's at least one employee that I am suspicious of stealing money and therefore robbing us of points in the process. Not cool man..im all about my points. Thank God this new perfect person "Brigette" if I spelled it right, was an absolute DOLL and actually paid for our free drink we were owed. I couldn't believe it! So awesome! Then when we earned points, it activated our next freebie. She was so sweet. The staff here is weirdly scripted though, which is...

I love this place and have been a customer since opening here in Conway. I come here 4-7 days out of every week for 2 or more drinks each time, averaging 3.5k/year just for coffees. The inconsistency of the drinks is ridiculous. At least 1/3 of my visits end up with an unbalanced drink where you don’t taste any of the espresso, it’s all bitter, or you don’t taste any of the added flavoring. Majority of the time, it’s the weekend shifts that make them so poorly. Often the staff will easily show their frustration with me wanting my drinks fixed(this sometimes takes 3-5 different drinks to try). My time is valuable, and I hate wasting it. I’d absolutely love to get a perfectly crafted drink, and leave right away. My money would appreciate such consistency as well. Please get these staff members trained the same across the shifts. If they’re moving too fast and missing correct portions of the drink, then slow down! Maybe the distraction of scream singing or planning future vacations when the lines are backed up to the road isn’t the best strategy. I know I’m not the only one...

Great staff, super helpful and friendly. Great drink recipes. Awesome price point. Great overall experience.

Unless you actually like the taste of espresso.

Former barista here. I don't hate on anyone for getting super sugary/creamy coffee creations, but for those of us traditional coffee drinkers who really enjoy just straight espresso and milk (and foam), the quality just isn't there. The shots are weak and most cappuccinos/lattes just taste like steamed milk.

I even tried asking for a triple shot small cappuccino just to see if I could get the espresso flavor to come out and it tasted like old brewed coffee.

All in all, no hate. Perfect for the casuals. Lol But for the best espresso drinks: Guillermo's or Milo's in LR. Best coffee in Arkansas is Baba Boudans in Fayetteville and yes I'm that person who tries every coffee shop...
