Samsung SDSA — Local services in Coppell

Don't come here if you don't want to waste your entire day waiting. Even if you show up before your appointment there is a long line to get in. The security guard will make you get into a tight lot full of trailers and if you're lucky you can do a U turn to get in line. After coming in you have less than 50ft of space to maneuver and back into the docks. I've been waiting 5 hours and other guys said they've been waiting for 8 or more hours to get loaded. The lady just says you can drop the trailer by the fence and bobtail out if you run out of hours. They don't care at all. Seriously, it's not worth it, stay away...

They took awhile to unload me. It’s very confusing to find the place to check in. Look for the big sign on the building “Samsung” go in through there, continue driving straight till you see a gate guard in your left hand side. You have to sign in through the gate guard and you still Have to get off and go inside the building with alot of windows to give them the paper work. You can’t overnight park. I had 9:00 am delivery appointment and arrived at 8:10 the security lady at the gate after i gave her all the required paperwork and information she told me to get in and when i talk to her where I will go to check in just she showed me had sign and unwilling to give information where to go and I go from do to door and finally I got The right door and the assigned me a dock right away and it took about 40 minutes to get empty ....
