Had a home theater installed and after the install that wasn't even completely finished it's nearly impossible to get anyone to help fix the issues I have. I called and spoke to a receptionist who twice never called me back. Messaged Mike multiple times and spoke to on the phone and NO CALLS to schedule anyone to come out to fix the system. It is out of sync and the remote doesn't work. It's 2 weeks now and still no one is scheduled to come out. Owner Phil said he would let me know in a couple days if and when someone can come out.
