This is absolutely the worst internet service that anyone can get. I see they mostly partner with apartment complexes. It's forced upon you. I guess it's fine if you don't work from home. But to have the service cut off more than twice in one month is absolute madness. We work from home and attend classes and the WIFI is important to us. Luckily we have unlimited data with our cell phone provider and we use our hotspot during those times. But the hot spot isn't able to run everyone's devices when the children are also trying to get homework done. We depend on the Internet to work and can't get to work at times It is frustrating!!!! Their customer service is beyond terrible, with long wait times, unhelpful reps, and zero accountability. But the real kicker? Their internet service is even worse. Constant outages, slow speeds, and unreliable connections make it impossible to work, stream, or even browse.

All of our condo units had these stations on their TV standard package but for some reason these three rooms mentioned did not and had not for many years. Within a very short time Anthony D was able to add these stations without charge which made our residents very happy after complaining for many years.
