Wow! What an experience! And not a good one! When I first walked in the first day I saw was a short old lady with red hair and what seemed to be a New York accent. Right away she was not friendly at all. I gave her the info she needed and told her I had never been before. She walked me in and explained how the pricing was and she pulled a tray/cart out for me which I didn’t even realize it was for me because she didn’t say it was for me and again I have never been here before. I took my time walking around , they had a lot of stuff which was nice. Well it was right before 4 and the lady said we close at 4 and then stared at me and watched me, I’m assuming she wanted me to get in line to check out. So I made my way over and when I was ready to pay she came to me and said you know it’s a minimum of $100. I was like are you serious? I didn’t know that. And she says “you didn’t know? It says it over there” WHERE?! There’s a thousand things in this place where does it say that??? And hello when she brought me in she knew I had never been there before!!! So I had to go and pick out a couple more things. And she followed me around and stared at me the whole time. I wasn’t rushing because there were 2 other woman in line checking out and they had a lot of stuff. Finally the lady says are you done? I said yes are they ready? And she rudely grabs the cart and says I’m gonna check you out. We make it to the register and she turns to me and says “I don’t know what kind of business you have but $100 isn’t a lot to spend” WHO SAYS THAT?! I was so shocked and taken back. I could not believe she had said that. Wow! Turns out she’s the owners mother! I feel sorry for her she had to grow up with that woman. I would recommend the owner get rid of her mother as she’s driving her...

Was a consistent client of this place until I realized I suffered verbal abuse on every visit. I normally would shrug it off but the staff here has horrendous customer service. My first 2 trips I was fairly new to gemstones and I needed some assistance they offered to charge me 100 dollars for their assistance and time. Pointing out that their clients come in buy what they need without assistance. I refused to pay 100 dollars for someone to clarify the name of 2 or 3 stones. In my last visit I was scolded by Michelle(the owners daughter) that she did not need mine or anyone else’s business because I had asked the name of a stone. I am very hurt and refuse to ever return to Gem Stone Factory. I am shopping around at other stores where as a paying customer I am valued and appreciated. I do not recommend this place unless you like mistreatment, smart remarks, disrespect, or overall...

Just called to place my first time order and the lady said i have no clue when we would ship. Im like a day, maybe 3 days, or when would be the latest? She says well we are so busy all the time so i cant promise or even give you an idea.. didn't even seem the least bit concerned in gaining a new client.. read the reviews so was hesitant but they were spot on. With so many great gemstone wholesalers why be treated like this? With their attitude it wont be long before people get sick of them.. sad as they are in the crystal business so you would think they'd have good vibes. bad karma all around with this place.
