3rd Review/Update - I have have to speak woth customer service a good # of times now regarding different things/problems or questions about stock. Customer service is very good, you get thrown off by having to talk via email but she is quick to respond & never leaves you hanging. The 1 issue I ever had with an order she fixed quickly & without any issues. Mail takes on average (for a larger order anyway, around $150-200) aprox 10 business days from ordering to arrive. The prices remain low & I can't complain even though I still wish I could use a discount coupon with the free shipping since I'm spending so much more to get the free shipping.
2nd Update (Regarding Shipping) Since my original review speaking on shipping in December, I have ordered 2-3 more times, all of which have come a bit quicker. More like 10-12 days without the holiday mail. I have had to contact customer service atleast 1 more time recently & it went fine & they were able to answer pretty quickly although threw email not chat, which was inconvenient BUT the email was responded to so fast it kinda made up for that.
Updated Review (In response to the Companies reply): Your response just proves my reviews accuracy. This is not a negative review, I gave you 4 stars & was honest about my experience. You did do free shipping with a 8% coupon in Dec 2024...I have the receipt still. I still said in my review that you had the best prices, more than once actually, just honest about the advertised sales/free shipping & how its not what it used to be (in MY only other order/ experience) so maybe work on your responses so that people don't change their reviews to be lower & more negative instead of just honest to inform other buyers... this was not meant to be negative, just informative. If I intended it to be negative I would have gave a low star rating & not mentioned all the good stuff that I had pointed out....
Original Review: (4 stars) Prices are great, but the "sales" are kinda a joke now. You get free shipping if u spend $150 but now they make you use a promo code instead of it auto applying so that you can use a actual promo code for like 10% off juice or something... in Dec when I last ordered it auto applied the shipping discount & I was able to use a 8% off promo as well - guess they took that away. Customer service was beyond unhelpful & super slow to respond, so avoid that. Regardless of all that, they still have the best prices online steadily that I've ever seen. And a huge inventory/selection. Definitely still highly recommend them. Oh might be helpful to know when I made my 1st order, shipping took like 3 weeks, but to be fair it was beginning of December so all mail could have been slow for all I know.    Read moreUPDATE: I placed an order in the early AM on Jan 10th, it shipped 3 days later. From that point, it has been in package purgatory. There was apparently some issue with the barcode. Today it finally went out for delivery and was delayed again due to “operational reasons” (there is no snow or weather preventing delivery).
It has now been 10 days since my order, 5 days since it arrived in my state, 4 days since the original scheduled delivery date (16th)— so IF it is actually delivered tomorrow, that will add a day on top for a total of 5 says since original delivery date and 11 days total for $11 in shipping. That said, I am not holding my breath at this point and questioning if I will even receive the package. I already had to go to the vape store nearby to pay almost $20 for coils since I was expecting my order days ago.
I have contacted ejuiceconnect about the issue but there was no attempt to make things right and the feeling I got from their limited responses is that they are annoyed by my complaint. I don’t know if the issue with the barcode was on their part or fedex, but I understand they can’t control what fedex does. It would also be untrue to say that their prices aren’t amazing and far cheaper than in store prices, but after this experience, they will not be my first choice. There are other sites which work out to about the same total when you consider their cheaper shipping (not fedex), and coupon codes more accessible to use for those of us struggling. If ejuiceconnect offers other shipping options in the future, I would consider them the best option again. I am sure it won’t make much of a difference as I do not spent $100s on every order and typically spend $30-40 on my orders. I just want people to be aware of all possible outcomes when placing an order with them, especially if you are like me and primarily using their site because prices are more affordable.
I have taken another star from my rating because of the shipping issues.

Shipping is a bit high, but it's still better overall compared to other sites with cheaper shipping and higher prices. There's often a copon code for free shipping with orders over a certain dollar amount. The order processing speed is typically pretty quick, and the only time I've ever had delays was due to FedEx.
The only thing I really wish they would change is the way they do their coupons. There's occasionally site wide coupon codes, but more often it's like 10% off certain brands. The catch is each brand will have its own code, but they don't stack. So even if you buy several different brands that all have 10% off codes, you can only use one code and the rest are regular price. And it's not worth placing separate orders because, again, the shipping isn't the cheapest. It would be better for the customer to either allow stacking of the brand codes or have one code that would be valid for all of the discounted brands so we could mix and match but still get the full deal.
