Barbara, the business owner, has misrepresented herself and Spiritual Journey. She is not compassionate nor is she to be trusted. Her business ethics are shaddy. On multiple occasions I attempted to attend events at Spiritual Journey. I would arrive early to an event, only to find that the lights were off, the doors were locked and nobody from the business answered the telephone. On good faith and Barbara's word, I payed $190.00 to receive a service that she was unwilling and unable to provide on the scheduled day. The only thing Barbara provides is the machine with which to swipe your credit card. She will make excuses to you as well as your credit card company in order to make a profit for herself. The only contact she will make to you is to inquire about disputes for services that were not received, because of course, she was unwilling to provide the service. Beware of this business because they will take from you your money as well as your hope that there are decent spiritual people...

I'm not sure if it was one of the owners that I was speaking with, But I spent literally an HOUR in that store going over all of the different crystals and oils and necklaces and all sorts of stuff they sell in there. Who ever it was that I was speaking with was so knowledgeable about everything! I was so shocked at how she knew what every was that I picked up! I mean, I guess they should, as they sell it, right? But she was able to explain everything to me, answered any questions I had, and it was a great experience. My kids were doing yoga next door, so I had an hour to burn, and it just flew by talking to them. I brought my boys back over (9 and 7) so they could pick out crystals of their own, and let me tell you the woman I dealt with had the patience of a Saint!
