Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Coral Springs

If I could give this Pizza Hut no stars I would. I ordered pizzas & wings for delivery. After an hour we had not received our pizza, I called the store and they said it would be here soon. However my son checked the front door and the pizza was left on the floor. We did not get a knock nor a bell ring. We had several people and no one heard anything. Once we opened the pizza it was completely full of ants! I called them regarding the issue. I did not want a refund, I just asked if we can have our order replaced. I was left waiting for a "manager" to call me back. Another hour went by, once I revived the call. This so called manager was the absolute most rude person I have ever dealt with, completely unprofessional in every way.

I explained that I am a nurse I work all the time and was finally spending time with my family. I had pictures, videos and the actual pizza full of ants o show proof! All I asked was if he can set up the order to be made and once I show up all I have to do is show him all the proof I have and then just leave. He refused to do so. He wanted us to wait 20min or longer for the food to be cooked after I showed him. It didn't make any sense! If I called or even placed an order online you have the ability to just pay in store when the food is done and ready to be picked up.

He talked over me the entire length of the conversation! To the point I had to ask him to please stop talking over me. I even told this person that he would never treat his mother, sister, wife or daughter like that. This whole experience was absolutely horrible! So if I could give this store...

Absolutely a horrible place to order from. Pizza has come to me burnt for the last three orders since September, even when paying $2 extra for cheese. The first time I didn't make a huge deal out if it because the pizza before this one was nice and cheesy and wanted to give them a chance. The next two order since were burnt and I paid $2 for extra cheese both orders. Called the store and spoke to the person who said he was the one who made the pizza and insisted he did put the extra cheese. After explaining to him my gripe, the only solution he gave me was to call the store and ask to have the pizza cook for less time. Who has the time to call the store for that when I am making my order online? I then called customer service and made a complaint. I ordered again and the same thing happened...BURNT PIZZA! And another thing, my order was supposed to be a contactless delivery, but the driver is at my door asking me to sign a receipt. Called the store and the same person who said he was the one that made the pizza insisted once again that he put the extra cheese and goes onto say that if I don't like it that its on me. I asked for my $2 for the extra cheese to be refunded and he refused to refund me for what i paid for but did not get. He goes onto literally argue with me on the phone about the pizza saying maybe the best option was to not order from the store anymore and I agreed and I just told him that I would contact the corporate office to make a complaint and I hung up. I placed a delivery order with Pizza Hut last night (3/18/2025) and was contact by a delivery driver telling me that he left my order on the table outside the front door. When I went to the front door, there was no pizza or wings. I called the drive back and he told me he delivered my pizza to the wrong address. When he went back to the house to get my order and deliver it, it was cold (as of it had been on the refrigerator). He also did not provide me with a receipt. When I called Pizza Hut after he left to request compensation, no one answered. I went there after work today a (3/19/2025) and was told to come back later to request a refund from a different shift manager. I called twice tonight and my call was ignored. This place has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have ordered from this location quite often over the last few years and in very disgusted and disappointed in them. The driver was incompetent and the staff only cared about taking my money with provider prompt and adequate service. PAPA JOHN’s WOULD NEVER HAVE DONE THIS NONSENSE.
