LOOK. NO. FURTHER. This is it!! We absolutely LOVE it here. My family and I moved here from NY and were in need of finding a local jeweler. After seeing the amazing reviews I gave the store a call to ask a few questions to see if they could do the repair I needed. Violetta answered and was so kind over the phone and helpful I immediately knew it would be a great experience when heading over to the store. When I arrived Violetta was there with a huge smile and amazing attitude. I looked around while waiting for my repair. You will see it’s so hard not to as everything is absolutely stunning, great quality & beautiful. She helped me with my repairs and also helped me pick out a necklace that was in my budget. I was looking for something to wear everyday that wasn’t too expensive. I was not at all pressured and I was amazed with how much time she spent genuinely caring to help me choose something that I would love. The owner and his wife are too, AMAZING! So friendly and attentive to each person who walks in the store. The same day, I was so in awe of my experience I went back with my husband and son to show them the store. I was truly impressed with how they treated us. With retail, it’s hard to find gems like this. Sometimes in stores if you’re not spending a large amount - they don’t give you the time of day. Here @ Filipi you can tell that each and every single customer no matter what they are spending big or small is treated wonderfully. Like royalty. Maybe even like family. Absolute great energy the second you enter the store. Even the gentleman in the back doing the repairs was kind enough to come out, greet us and introduce himself. It was refreshing to find them! I recently stumbled across this Jewelry store on a Sunday afternoon after ordering Bahamian food from a restaurant which happens to be in the same plaza. After ordering, I stopped by this jewelry store among the 2 that was advertised in the plaza. However, they were closed and so the following Monday, my spirit guided me here once again and I am super grateful I followed my intuition.

Now the reason why I wanted to visit this Jewelry store was because I had just visited my mom who lived in the Bahamas and she too worked at a high end jewelry and boutique store in the Bahamas. She gifted me with a few pieces of her jewelry. However, one of the pieces which was a designer watch was too big for me. Immediately when I walked through the doors of Filipi, I was greeted by Mieriti (lord knows I know I did not spell her name correctly and the wonderful tech who was able to pull out a few links for me and explained to me the process of what was getting done.

They truly exceeded all of my expectations, educated me on what they were able to do for me, we even went as far as the story about their company. I had the privilege of meeting the owner, who had an infectious personality and made me felt like a valued customer and part of their family. Moreover, there were no pressure in me buying any jewelry from their store but I took it upon myself to explore some of their beautiful selections and ended up purchasing two beautiful gems.

The prices were definitely unbelievably reasonable with no hidden fees, or intentions etc. I am confident to say that this will not be my last visit and this Jewelry store will become highly recommended to all my family and friends or anyone looking for a great experience, reasonable prices and the feeling of being a valued client. I am a long time customer of Filipi. I met him 35 years ago to design the engagement ring I used to propose to my wife. When it was complete and he opened the little blue box to show me the completed piece, it was one of those moments where delight, beauty and appreciation cannot be described. Over the years and the number of times I've visited Filipi's shop, I noticed that he not only has quality items but he does quality repair work.

Filipi has helped me make many decisions on purchases or repairs. Filipi gets to know his customers and understands their individual tastes. He offers suggestions and will make clarifications of what to look for in diamonds or precious stones. My wife once discussed with Felipi, from just a picture in her mind, a bracelet she wanted for our tenth wedding anniversary. When the bracelet was finished she was delighted. She had tears in her eyes when I put it on her wrist and fastened the clasp.

Filipi is a gentleman with who appreciates the aesthetics of his work and will offer solutions so you get what you want.

I made sure to add a picture of the ring that Filipi recently made for me. It is a wonderful representation of many of the things that Filipi will do. I lost my ring and, of course, was very upset about it. I told my wife I would never be able to replace it or find another like it.
