United States Postal Service — Local services in Cornelius

Unbelievably bad. On August 26th I paid for some court documents to be delivered Restricted Certified mail. Here is it October 5th and I still haven't received the return receipt! When I went in today, the supervisor was too busy to call about document and will call me back. I find out they know where the document is and that I can have the privilege of picking it up in Portland. Yeah, right. That's not what I paid for. It was baffling to me that they knew where the document was but didn't deliver it to me after the two week delivery process. After the two weeks, if the person being sent the documents doesn't pick them up and sign for them, the Post Office is supposed to send a return receipt back to the sender. Why did this not happen? Today, I received notification that my case is at risk of dismissal because of this long delay. Keep in mind, I have gone in the PO to check on this receipt weekly since the third week in September. HORRIBLE! CLUELESS! RIDICULOUS! They don't even deserve a star.... We are always nice, respectful and kind to people but you just can't even with this place. They ALL lack any sort of customer service skills, they are ALL rude and talk to customers however they want just because. They lose your packages and then sometimes they appear and sometimes they don't. Each person you talk to you gives you conflicting information. Seriously people, they don't know their head from their you know what (sorry I know it's not nice to say, but it's the truth) especially Wendy! I have witnessed her yelling at other customers so many times asking the same things over and over (learn to listen Wendy) Lets not forget they don't have nice things to say about it each other either. Learn to work as a TEAM... We have always had a PO Box, once in Aloha and then North Plains, Cornelius is HORRIBLE & the worst. Horrible service. I had a forwarding address on file weeks before we moved to Cornelius and still they threw my vitamin order in the trash marked undeliverable as addressed In the last 2 weeks I have had 3 packages marked delivered when they haven’t been delivered to me at all. I complained and two of the packages showed up. I’m still waiting for the third one. Found out he’s not paying attention and delivering them to a place blocks away with the same house number but totally different street. Worst service in all of my adult life. Beware of this service...
