Worst experience of all time. I wish I would give less than 1 star. The customer service was beyond terrible—it was absolutely abysmal. I went there with the simple request of getting my meat cut into small pieces, but the employee I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did the employee have a bad attitude, but they also attempted to double charge me for my purchase. Adding to my concerns, I couldn't even be sure if the meat they were selling was halal. In short, this meat store is an absolute disaster. The employees are not only incompetent and rude, but they also seem to have no qualms about overcharging their customers. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. Do not waste your time or money here, as you will leave frustrated and unsure about the quality and authenticity of the meat...

He became increasingly angry and rude, and asked how we would know that. My mother in law said we can see it by looking at it and then he got angry and took all of our meat back and said we can't buy any, since apparently "we don't like their meat."
Im not sure who trained this employee to act and behave this way, but it was extremely unprofessional and condescending. We will not be...
