Valentine's day 2022 was a success thanks to these guys.

Food here is fire! Like the other reviews say it’s so good, that’s a known fact.

But today something unexpected happened, and the way the workers handled the situation and came through for me was beyond impressive.

I had planned to have a surprise Valentine’s day lunch delivered to my hunny's work for him and his work buds. This establishment only offers pick up at the moment (no Uber Eats, GrubHub) but I was willing to pay an Uber driver extra money to do me this favor since I couldn’t go there myself. Not the most convenient, but so worth it because I didn't want to settle with any other restaurant, not today.

I placed an online order in advance and simultaneously scheduled my Uber ride perfectly to get there at pick up time. Then I last minute noticed an email notifying me that there was some technical issue with my app order. I called the restaurant to check the status as the driver was 15-20 minutes away, and I was told the order just got in, and wouldn't be ready by the scheduled time. If I was driving there myself I could’ve just waited, no big deal, but since that wasn’t the case this really stressed me out. I explained the whole situation, that my Uber driver couldn't wait that long, and I'd lose out on the $50+ I paid him.

The sweet lady on the phone said she'll grab a manager to further assist me. George picks up the phone and quickly understood it was one of those situations where I couldn’t afford the extra wait time. He went over everything in my order for 8, and agreed to have it all made on the fly so that my Uber driver doesn’t show up just to leave empty handed. He told me not to worry, that he’d make it happen, and he did just that!

After the driver grabbed the order, George called me back to let me know how it all went. The extra mile he went today for a stressed out customer… beyond professional. I found out in the end that he wasn’t even a manager, but he 100% stepped up like one in the midst of a challenge, handled business and literally saved my Valentine’s day surprise. The entire staff here is amazing, I know it required phenomenal teamwork, but dang, George just executed everything so smoothly to perfection! Please give this man a promotion!

Btw the guys all loved the food! And the Uber driver messaged me afterwards to say the pickup was a breeze and staff was helpful towards him. Its crazy, nothing but positive feedback all around.

I was on a ride along with a friend who works for doordash , mind you i ABSOLUTELY LOVE dos potrillos I usually frequent their original perris location or in my hometown, riverside, so it was a shock to me to see that during lunch hours, the corona location was soo empty, upon walking in first impression was the same I always have when walking in to a similar location, you immediately get hit with their amazing smell of homemade tortillas and birria, which definitely will wake up your stomach from a deep slumber to a rolling rumble, im telling you, I had breakfast, which I hardly ever do, and went from thinking I was full to hungry af.the cleanliness of the restaurant was definitely up to par. Their aguas frescas looked absolutely heavenly! Overall the ambiance was nice. The reason for my one star service is due to the unfortunate encounter both my friend and I had with the girl behind the counter (normally I'd refer to her as a young lady, but she definitely did not behave as such) not that it matters, but my friend is a beautiful human, when I tell you she was looked at as the total opposite, this girl not only gave her a disgusted look but without hesitation moved away from the counter and completely ignored the fact that my friend was attempting to show her the orders she was there to pick up. We waited patiently for her to address us, it wasn't until my friend moved towards their freshly made salsas counter that she addressed ME, so I promptly took my friends phone to let her know what orders we were there to pick up , again my friend tried to address her, and she was completely ignored, the girl pretended not to speak or understand English when speaking to my friend which is fine until another customer comes in and she goes out of her way to speak English to them, long story short we proceed with waiting and she only takes details and orders from me to the point where my friend decides to go wait in the car so as to hopefully allow for the customer's orders to be done correctly, well to our disappointment, they weren't. We had to wait a lot longer, only to have her not give us the correct items, the items that she did give us weren't the correct ones and the salsas she gave us along with the drinks seemed to purposely not have been closed right, and then denied us carry out bags, claiming they didn't have any, overall I didn't get to personally taste the food at this location, but I can guarantee it left me not wanting to ever come back in to even give...

It's my birthday today June 1st. I picked Potrillos. Carnitas & Asada Burritos, Mulitas flour Asada and a side of Roasted onion & jalapeno. Delicious ! Always a friendly staff. Great drinks don't forget. We went back for dinner Burrito Carnitas & Carne Asada. We also tried the Mulitas (basically a quesadilla with your choice of meat). The burritos are very nice size. We could only eat half of our burritos.(Husband ate it all, he's a growing boy 😆)The food was all DELICIOUS !! There's nothing better than when you're craving a certain food. And you get exactly what you wanted with the taste you are looking forward too. Can't wait to trying other items on the menu. I just want to acknowledge, there might be a bit of language barrier, but don't let that stop you from going. Everyone there is so friendly, helpful and works to make your visit as easy as possible. A big 10 Stars for how clean the place is. Added a picture of the menu. First timer and the only customer @ 9:00am. I went in for three breakfast burritos. Their $10.00 breakfast burritos are made with just eggs, cheese and your choice of meat. Not your traditional BB. Since there weren't hash browns or roasted potatoes available to add. I opted for beans and rice(which added $10:00 to our bill😲) in two of the burritos and just beans in one. Well the communication was not easy with the older grumpy man (If he is so grumpy at 9:00am opening, what's he like later in the day. You don't have to speak the same language to know what a smile means. I was smiling 😊) behind the counter taking & making my order. If it wasn't for 5 Stars Kimberly that showed up behind the counter. She (was so very nice) happily translated,explained and she even wrote down what I wanted for the grumpy man. That was basically one of the BB with only beans added. Two BBs with beans & rice. Well $50.00 😳😢 later got home with 3 Breakfast Burritos & Horchata lg drink. Only one BB was right the other two had only rice, which the rice wasn't cooked all the way. There were a few hard pieces of rice. What for the mistakes in my order & hard rice. The burritos were tasty, but more as a regular burrito. Not as a Breakfast Burrito we're used to. Breakfast Burritos should have some kind of potatoes in them. We will be back to order regular burritos next time. We usually give places a couple of visits, then decide. Hopefully with no added items ie..beans & rice the cost will be more normal.
