Update...... Surprise Surprise NOW (Feb 27) after 5 months of the worst customer service ever experienced and attempted thievery, Homary responds to this review like they are honest vendors hearing about complaints for the first time! It's a blatant lie that CS tried to get in touch with me and couldn't. I have over 50 emails to prove otherwise!
It's a little, too late I wasted 5 months (4 months too many) of my life trying to give you the opportunity to make things right - to no avail. Please immediately cease trying to contact me. I have resolved my issue without your help and want to put this nightmare of a company behind me!
In September 2022 I ordered Brushed Gold Waterfall Bathroom Sink Faucet Single Hole Single Handle Brass Modern Style. Upon arrival, It is/was a beautiful faucet and I had a professional plumber install it, thatās when all the problems began. Upon installation and testing the faucet, it would continue to run even after turning it off. It wasnāt just a drip; the water would literally continue to flow. So much so that the plumber had to turn off the water valve under the sink to stop the flow.
I notified Homary via email and they requested pictures and a video of the situation which I sent. They responded that they reached out to the manufacturer and were told that was the way the faucet was made. REALLY!!! A faucet is purposely made to continually run??!!!! I told them it was unacceptable and demanded they exchange it, as it was defective. After over 10 emails demanding and threatening to report them to various agencies and to file a dispute with my bank, they sent a replacement. I again paid a professional plumber to install it and again it had the same problem. By this time, we are going into November 2022 and I had no working faucet in my new bathroom.
I again reached out to Homary and this time I requested an exchange for a different model as this was the second time with the same faucet and same situation or a refund. I also told them that the plumber said it was missing a piece that stops the water flow. They again asked for pics and a video, which I sent. With over 50 emails back/forth, they did everything to stall and make every excuse to deny exchanging or refund, including again saying this was how the faucet was made to operate and that they had already exchanged it once and could not do so again.
To make a longgggggg and unpleasant story short, from September 2022 until February 2023 I continued to fight with Homary to exchange the faucet for another model, even at a loss to me of $40 or issue a refund. They continued to make excuses and stall tactics to the point that I was forced to submit a dispute with my bank. That caused action by Homary who contacted me and said if I remove the dispute, they will exchange the faucet. Naturally I removed the dispute and again sent them a pic and model number of the new faucet model. After another month and over 20 emails requesting an update on my order nothing had been shipped and nothing but more stalling, I realized they had no intention of exchanging or refunding my money so I again filed a dispute with my bank, and only through my dispute/bank was I able to get a refund. 5 months of hell with Homary. The furniture took 2 months to arrive It arrived with the corners very damaged (as per picture) Iāve submitted a complaint on their website and provided all the picture and shipping label printed as requested. 3 weeks later I didnāt hear back from their team Contacted them over the chat and they didnāt find my case on their system (interesting right) Luckily I had those pictures saved and provided it again The customer service support didnāt trust my pictures and asked for new pictures Before I send the new ones, I was offered 10% refund, and I didnāt accept as I didnāt buy a second hand item, which it shouldnāt arrived damaged. They asked me why I didnāt return, well, you unpack the huge box of heavy items, and the bottom ones are damaged, can we assemble it back to ship for refund? After waiting 2 months to get them? Should I still keep my tv on the floor while the receive the item and send another one? I then sent the new ones - as per the person didnāt seem to trust my precious pictures, I sent the picture of the item assembled to proof that yes, it was the item purchased. For my surprise I heard the following: āsince the product has not lost its purpose, I would offer you 10% discountā please see pictures. I had several conversation with this support member, as it was so frustrating to hear them to have a damaged furniture in my place ājust because it didnāt loose its purposeā.

Ordered an expensive desk from Homary and was told 9 - 11 week delivery time. It took 21 weeks. I was very happy to wait and was very understanding due to the COVID situation however when the desk finally arrived, it was only one piece, with no legs! I was then told the remaining legs would arrive in 9 - 11 weeks again, but may be longer. I could not wait another 21 weeks as I work from home and have no where to sit!
I politely asked for a refund as I couldn't wait any longer and would just purchase a cheaper desk for now that could be delivered quickly.
I have only been refunded a partial amount and no idea why, as I should get the full refund - they are now ignoring my communications.
However the most frustrating and rude part of this process is that after my understanding for 21 weeks, I asked for the large/heavy piece of unusable desk they delivered to be picked up - I cannot move it and it is taking up my entire hall. I was told I have to "dispose of it". I explained it is too heavy and I can't afford to get someone to come and get it, I was then told to "Ask family or friends to help". I have no family or friends living near me and I found this so unhelpful and pretty assumptive and upsetting. It is now sitting in my hallway as a health and safety hazard, I am £80 down as they haven't paid me a full refund and I have to order anew desk to work from after waiting 21 weeks.
I never review companies online as I understand mistakes happen but I wouldn't want anyone else to deal with this incompetent...
