This place is extremely hyped up. Not everything here is cost lesser than other places. However, there are some items that are worthy finds. Essentially, you’re able to purchase some warehouse items without the membership.

Cleaning supplies—good price if you need it asap and cannot wait for a sale.

Clothes—if you’re an L, XL/XL+, S, XS+, you’ll find clothing. The clothes are more of whatever warehouses didn’t sell and ended up here. You do need to dig around to find clothes at the right size.

Food items—be aware that while items are marked low, when you purchase more, it may cost more than buying an entire box. For example, a box of ramen for $10 (30 pack) vs buying single pack ramen at $1 or less. But, some finds are well worth while.

Homegoods—music was blasting so loud in terrible quality I didn’t even try it. The employee working the area kept switching the songs and had it blasted and it definitely didn’t make for a calm shopping environment. I understand it’s to show off the speakers, but you don’t need it blasting to market the speakers.

Pets items—similar pricing to other big non-membership department stores.

Overall, if you’re wanting to purchase items that are usually at a membership required warehouse, then this is the place for you. If you’re trying to find general deals, you’ll need to hunt for it.

They advertised Starbucks House Blend k cups 22 count for $2.99 on their instagram story, I immediately went to their store to stock up and purchased 6 boxes plus other items. I came home looked at the receipt and noticed they charged me 4.99. I contacted the store and returned back to the store for a price adjustment and they wouldn’t honor the price they advertised. They said it was a mistake and refused to give me the difference. I even pointed out the price tag on the shelf stating $2.99 and the so called Manager took the tag off the shelf and ripped it up in front of me. I guess giving me a price adjustment of $12 was just too much to ask of them, instead he gave me a total refund for the purchase of the coffee and lost me as a customer. In the long run they will be the ones losing out and doors will eventually close if this is how they do business. Costumer service is something they do not practice there!! The store promises that its products are not used and that they are "of good quality". I bought an air mattress and when I opened it, it had various stains and hair. I came back to exchange it for a new one, and Chris (the manager) helped me. He was very incompetent, rude, and arrogant. He repeatedly said that he checks all his products that come into the store to make sure they are of good quality and guarantees that they are not used, yet he refused to properly inspect the product I came back to exchange.
