Worst Customer Service ever experienced at Corona Sixth/Lincoln Location. A cashier Agnes Yun, was throwing the vegetables over the bags that were already on the rail instead of moving the rail, when asked not to throw the bags of vegetables she argued it's only Cilantro. I went to customer service booth and requested to get the manager to Karina Pedrona she still keep talking on the phone and ask me to go to the booth outside as her intercom is not working, and kept on talking and when I asked her that there is no one over at the booth and aren't you going to get off the phone then she told the person she was talking to she will call back, she never mentioned to me that she was talking to a customer and if she was she would put the customer on hold and told me that she was with a customer and will assist me that's the common courtesy, but no. Then this manager came to me Ryan Scherrer and I explained the situation and he tells me That Karina must be on the phone with the customer, instead of apology he started defending her, so I left to put my groceries in the car and came back to get the information for the District and when Karina gave she told me with an attitude that "You don't have to be mad at me and have a Nice day" and started arguing with me so then another Asst. Sales Director came to the window and ask me what happen and I explained and same instead of apologizing he started giving excuses as well. Read moreI normally shop at sprouts but I had forgot to purchase avocados earlier so I decided to go to Superior. I am immensely disappointed with the way I was treated by the Manager and security guard. I literally just walked in to buy avocados and look for Cadbury Easter Chocolate eggs because they had them on sale last year. Apparently the Manager sent the security guard to follow me around. He snuck up behind me and scared me as if he was chasing me while I was looking for Easter candy. I understand there is some crime in this area so he was just trying to do his job and it's only fair for me to add that I came in with a large dog bag to carry my service dogs. However my shopping experience was very uncomfortable. I am a VERY hard worker and I certainly don't steal. I am an assistant manager in my professional life so I understand wanting to protect your place of employment but I also understand the value of gaining and keeping customers. That is no way to treat a customer. My shopping experience was very uncomfortable and frankly I was scared when the gentleman in the security guard uniform ran behind me.
