I really do love michaels and I’m a frequent shopper at this location. I have earned rewards for how much I shop here. But this review is not about the location and their products. It’s about their curbside pick up which I have to say is the most upsetting and frustrating thing to experience. Every single time I have ordered something online for curbside pick up it comes out about 30-40 minutes after I have arrived at the store. I follow the procedure, I let them know I’m on my way, I let them know when I arrive and what parking spot I have parked in. There is no reason for it to take 30 minutes to receive my order, when I end up walking in to grab it myself (which i shouldn’t have to do as a curbside pickup) and see three workers around a table talking. It’s very upsetting as a frequent shopper for this location. Curbside pickup is all about convenience and this location makes it an inconvenience. Read moreI ordered a matte for a frame on Friday. This process went smoothly. I was told it would be done within a few days; on my receipt showed Thursday for the ready day. I called the following Friday in the a.m.. I was told my frame should be ready after 2 pm. I asked why not till after 2 when my receipt showed Thursday, the day before. It was not even started yet. I received a call around 3 that the order was ready. When I got to the store, the matte was not even cut straight and the clerk was embarrassed for me. I told him that this was apparently rushed job because it was supposed to have been done the day before. He apologized and said he would have the manager call me back and reorder the matte. Saturday I received a call that it would be free of charge and they would fix it for me. Read moreThe workers there are not nice people! I went to the corona store (at corona crossings) to return a stool (with my receipt) that didn’t work for my room. I told the women that my mother had bought it for me, and she called a manager. manager came and told me that she could not return my item, she could only give me store credit. My receipt was dated 6/25/19 and I was returning it 7/10/19. I took my item back home with me and the next day I called another Michaels store and talked to a manager and he said that, that’s not there store policy when you have a receipt. Few days later I went to another Michaels store and there manager returned it with no problem.
