This review is for the phone section, the dude was no help whatsoever. Biggest waste of time ever, I went to him with an approval code that I got from Verizon and tells me I need to make the account first and he doesn't want to run my credit thru target again. So I make the account at the Verizon store nearby, come back and should have no problems now, he then takes like 15 mins just to 'pull up the account' supposedly and now I tell him the phone I want, and he disappears for another literal 15-20 mins just to find the phone. THEN he needs to RUN A CREDIT CHECK to buy the phone???? I've never heard of that in my life, all you have to do is add the line with the phone on my ALREADY APPROVED account?!! DUDE is an absolute joke, talking to him was like no one was home he doesn't even answer the question that I'm asking him just, "the system is not letting me". "I don't know what to tell you". "Try the norco target or go to verizon". What kind of customer service is that??? I know the dude is a liar because I asked him to show me the errors and all he did was click click click and not show me anything. FIRE HIM. Read moreI bought a eBay gift card and tank top a day ago at 7:10ish pm. I paid and then the self checkout machine froze as it was about to give me my 11 cents of change. The lazy worker had came up to me and told me it’ll be okay and gave me the 11 cents. I had asked him if the card would work just so I didn’t get scammed, but he just shrugged and walked away. I was going to stay but I had to go home. Once I arrived home, I tried it and it said it had nothing in the card. Keep in mind, I spent 25 dollars on this!!! Read moreIf I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I ordered a toy online for pick up same day because it was cheaper to order online than buy directly in store. I was at the store and saw they had the item. The store then cancelled the item because it was “out of stock”. This has happened several times. I believe whoever is working same day pick up just cancels the orders when it’s late because they want to clock out for the day. Also, customer service at this store is always awful. I wish there was another target closer to me that I could go to. I also tried to call to tell them the item was indeed in stock since I just got home from target and they absolutely do not answer their phone under any...
