Today is December 21 2024. I’m updating my review from 3 years ago. (Please see below). I ordered a sausage biscuit and an Ice tea. Chick fil a is not what it used to be anymore. The were known for quality of food and service. What I got today was anything but. The biscuit was barely baked. It was almost like a wet dough. The sausage had no taste. The egg was a bit soft almost dripping. My ice tea was so watered down. I don’t mind paying the higher prices they’re now charging. I understand we have a high inflation and the new $20/hour fast food worker pay raise. I do. But when the quality takes a crap, no. I’m even an executive member on the app. I used to spend a lot of money here every month. The service is not the same either. Most of the time it takes a loong time to get the food. What I can’t stand is when they get my order wrong, often. So I’ll be cutting down my chicken-fil-a runs at least 90% if not 100%. Today’s update 2-21-25. Second time in a row that I asked for a “sweet” ice tea and it looks like they’re saving money on sugar. It is unbelievable this cost cutting. Can’t you just make it normal like you used to and raise the freaking price a little if you must. This is so obvious what you’re doing. I don’t know what happened to this location but you guys used to be perfect but something happened about 2 years ago and it’s been going downhill ever since. Please fix it.
Here is my review from 3 years ago:
Chick-fil-A is the best in the business. Not only is the food quality very good but the customer service and efficiency of it is a pleasure to behold. Not just fast food but any other industry should learn customer service from...
Read moreThis was actually my first visit to Chick-Fil-A, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. The first thing I noticed, which was outside, was a misting system for the employees working the drive-thru, how very thoughtful! Second was inside when they offered to let my daughter sample a grilled nugget. A sample? At a fast food place? Very nice! Third, which may or may not be exclusive to this location, was a "momma's basket" with diapers, wipes, crayons, and little sealed cups of Cheerios. As the sign says, those items are for mothers in need, and are free to take. Just incredible! As a parent of a brand new two week old baby, this really struck a chord with me. And lastly, but certainly not least, the food. Very good chicken, and not greasy at all! We will...
Read moreWent in to see if my order was finished after getting the notification and was unhelped for 20 minutes. They might have been having a bad day, but I noticed that they helped others behind me despite me just standing there in the mobile pickup area next to the worker working the register. I'm not sure why they didn't speak to me? After asking I was given my food, it was cold but oh well that's what I get for not asking for my food and waiting to get helped. Usually most locations are very accommodating and friendly. Food was okay I would just recommend they work on service a little bit. So fair warning just ask for your food rather than waiting to be helped. Common sense really but idk I didn't think they'd have me waiting...
