The lady in charge over here off of Agnes and 18th Street at this location today is July 26th 2023 3:20pm I had a friend of family member who was questioning something but a leader was accusing her of arguing when she was really asking a question plus you guys should have put the details on Facebook and it just seems like she didn't care about our opinion or how we felt also what that being said the argument was about the advertisement that they had on Facebook so they could have better advertised as opposed to pre-registration and hearing about it online the lady was unprofessional about it it just seemed like she was trying to hurry up and get out of the Sun and rush through things we didn't know that all for my kids weren't going to be able to get school supplies we were only able to get to school supplies for my kids and I have a total of five kids but then we had a lady that told us that they have an event going on Saturday but we see no advertisement it was just word of mouth so you guys need to be better organized and professional guys need to care about what people say and go about it the professional way rather than just brushing them off bottom line is that lady sucked nobody stood up for the concern. The lady in front desk ACROSS from the front doors is very rude ,not a friendly receptionist whatsoever . She makes the worst faces like she’s aggravated before you can even speak to her. I’d prefer to not have to speak to her if ever in the future. This is a place for children to feel comfortable & as an adult I felt uneasy around her. Other than that the other staff is Great!
