Called and tried to order a part last night, and was told they would call me in the morning. I insisted that it was important to me that I got the order in last night, so they went through the process with me and told me the order was in. Then they called me this morning to put the order in! Turns out I was lied to last night just so they didn’t have to deal with me. Now I’m having to take time out of my morning too to get this part ordered, and I’m not sure if it has been ordered now or if I have been lied to again.
I asked to speak to the manager this morning and was given to Sharron, the lady who told me my part would be ordered last night. I expressed to her why I was upset about the situation, and she then twisted her words from the night before to make it seem like it was MY fault. When I asked if there was a regional rep or someone higher up to speak with she told me no. I asked if they were a self owned franchise then, to which she told me yes. When I asked if she owned the franchise, at first she said yes, then she said a man named Robert was the branch manager, which makes me wonder if Sharron is even a manager?
I STILL DO NOT KNOW IF MY PART THAT I NEED FOR MY JOBSITE IS ORDERED.
