Incredible, Fabulous l, Amazing! Just literally finished my amazing dinner of Prime Denver steak cuts, and I swear I will never settle for Grocery store meat again! This was my first time visiting after a friend of mine recommended, and it was an amazing experience. The shop itself is clean and organized with an amazing variety of seasoning and products to compliment your meal. My first purchase was the amazing Prime Denver cut steaks that I could almost literally cut their 2.5 in thickness with just my fork. I also bought some original bratwurst, garlic/onion brats, and the jalapenos/cheddar bratwurst. I cooked 1 jalapenos/cheddar bratwurst as an appetizer, and my whole family was blown away by the flavor. The service by Sedike (my apologies if spelled wrong I'm sure) was top notch he welcomed me like I've been coming there for years and was very patient and helpful with me for being a first time visitor, yet he managed to keep the flow going with other customers still making sure we're all taken care of. This place is all you could ever ask for. Corpus, we love HEB and HEB is great for stuff. Boarri shames HEB on meat. If you want something great to throw on the grill, if you want something fresh to throw in the cast iron, oven, over an open fire, this is the place. The meat here is so good. It looks like it just jumped out of the animal. It tastes like it just jumped out of the animal, this is the meat you would imagine the ancient Greeks cooking. The prepped stuff sets new highs too, looking at you sausages, brats, and jalapeño wraps. Think about it like what Sprouts used to do except times 3. Oh and the service is off the charts. Ask about cook times or techniques; you’ll probably need them because you just can’t get hunks of meat like this anywhere else.
