Had the same experience as the previous reviewer. Google says it’s open but closed when you get there. I’ve heard they have awesome cornbread but can never get any. They lost out on money because they wouldn’t sell just the corn bread because their rolls weren’t ready. Maybe try getting to work earlier to start on the high demand items to have enough to make it through the short time they’re open. You should also try keeping the turkey meat separate cause not everyone likes mixed meat…some like only white or only dark.
Update: The owner messaged me through Facebook and also shared a post from my page where I stated I was going to be out of work trying to compare her situation for being closed (said her kids were sick) to my knee injury. The difference is that the place I work at didn’t close because I was out unlike her business. Read moreFood was good but the customer service sucked. I drove 20mins out of my way to try this place because the food looked great on social media. When I picked up my food the girl at the front wasn’t friendly at all and pretty much ignored me and talked amongst herself with the chef. Disappointing experience. the customer service def needs improvement.
Update: the owner (I guess) made a Facebook post stating “not to expect long conversations from employees because they are busy doing their jobs”. This is the owners way of handling criticism lol. The lack of professionalism is crazy to me. The restaurant was dead when I went in. There was one other customer inside waiting for her food. The lady up front said maybe a couple of words to me, if that. No one is expecting “long conversations”, just a little bit of hospitality and decency. You are in the service industry after all? I ate the Salmon and some pasta bc the sauce had CHEAP parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and it was just off putting compared to authentic Alfredo sauce with melted parmesan cheese. The pork chop was dry and UNDERCOOKED!!! I bought this meal on July 30th and my stomach is still upset and I'm currently awaiting an appointment with a gastroenterology specialist at Doctors Regional. The owner blocked me & NEVER apologized. Claimed they cut up their Salmon so it couldn't have been undercooked yet they pictured it as a filet online.
