Hobby Lobby — Local services in Corpus Christi

I was just in your store March 1st 2023. I was buying beads and came upon 3 sets, 2 with one price and 1 with another. The cashier said that she had to scan them as they were even though they were all the same item because some prices and tags are old and some new. She also said that there were many items in the store like that. I said there are many people in the store to handle that...I said that i wanted the cheaper price if that's the case and if she doesn't know what the actual retail price is supposed to be. (mind you the manager is sitting there doing nothing). I decided against paying for the higher priced item. And I said maybe someone should check on that more thoroughly. She said that there isn't much to be done about it. I disagree. Part of retail is that people work in departments and take care of their own departments. When associates front face and stock the shelves, part of that procedure is to make sure the tags on the shelf match what's being displayed/sold, common sense would tell anyone to make sure the prices match, even on items separately hanging. Get it together or i am going to start...

I love Hobby Lobby, but this location is terrible. The line began to build up and only one employee was working on the counter. When the other employees were asked to take a line they refused to do so. Then began treating customers rudely for being upset about their wait. Five people were on the staff and four of them stood as mothers with crying babies tried to calm their kids who had been waiting in line for 20 minutes to buy one pack of balloons. The employees are terrible here and I highly recommend going to a different location. Hobby Lobby is a wonderful store, but this location really should get new employees for hire to keep that reputation instead of using these...

Great store I love this place and I go here all the time. Today my husband and I were in there to buy a hat I saw yesterday and we both had backpacks on bc we take the bus into Corpus every week day. The manager had told us that backpacks were not aloud and that we needed to leave not leave it at the front but we need to leave...? It was really rude and what made it worse is there was a woman standing right in front of us with a backpack also but he didn't say anything to her at all! So not only was I deeply offended for being profiled as a theif I was very disappointed bc I am a paying customer and i come here often! I will be buying at another location...
