First time I have ever been disappointed in this establishment. I picked up dinner for myself and family, everything was great until I found a bug in my side salad after already eating a good portion of it. I call close to closing time and I get an answer surprisingly which I was thankful for. I politely asked for a manager and she went ahead and told me I was speaking to one. I start off by telling her that I am in no way shape or form calling for reimbursement or free anything, but rather just to inform her of the bug I found in my salad so that they can check their remaining salads or just throw them out entirely so it doesn’t happen to another customer. She asked me if I had my receipt to which I answer her “yes”. She then tells me “hold on”, places me on hold and I wait nearly 15 minutes before I realize that she doesn’t care and won’t be returning back to the phone so I hang up. I cannot call tomorrow as they are closed on Sunday’s and I don’t even want to try on Monday if this is how they handle complaints. I am so disappointed in the customer service I received tonight. Especially from a restaurant that prides themselves in this exact thing and it is somewhere I go frequently for lunch/dinner. The company I work for places large orders from here often for their employees and I’ll be sure to let them know of what happened and how it was handled. Probably won’t be returning for awhile and I’ll make sure to let family and friends...
Read moreDisabled were not able to park because the regular drive through line was blocking entry. No thought put into disabled parking spaces. Was told an "extra 10 minute wait" for an egg white chicken breakfast sandwich. Have never been told this before and did not have the extra 10 min - Dr's appointment. Ordered the "new" super tiny classic chick filet sandwich. They are super small and lacking the flavor they once had. Biscuit crumbled everywhere. Finally, after not getting disabled parking ...We hobbled a good ways to the door and Jasmine told us there was no where to sit. They had just received 2 busloads of kids sitting indoors. Our sandwiches took a long time so during that time, a patron left and we managed to get a table. We are elderly and were glad to finally get one. The food was terrible and the parking is not right. It was extremely noisy with 2 busloads of kids in there. Photos below of disabled parking blocked.

Read moreMy family and I are traveling and made a quick stop at the chick fil a in calallen. This restaurant doesn’t keep napkins on the floor anywhere. We placed our order at the counter, we grabbed our drinks and sat down. My daughters lid was not on securely and her drink spilled on the table. My husband asked the first employee he saw walking by if she could bring us napkins but she said she could not if we didn’t have our food yet. Once he explained about the spill she wiped it up herself. A few minutes later our food arrived for a family of 6 and there was only 1 napkin on the tray so I got up and walked to the front counter to ask for napkins and at this point I was given maybe 5 napkins. I’m not sure what the deal is but I use at least 2 napkins when I eat and there were 6 of us. Our whole meal was spent discussing the napkins and why the staff did not want to give us any. 👎🏼 I’ve never had a bad experience at a chick fil a so congratulations...
