Best place to shop in Corpus Christi! You can run in and out quickly and you'll never leave empty handed. The sales are amazing and so is the staff. Michelle is the best retail manager in Corpus and her sales associates or "Loft Girls" are the best. Arlene and Lily are the sweetest and your shopping experience will be amazing. I can go on and on about our Loft store in Corpus. I visited the Loft Outlet in San Marcos today and one of the Loft stores here in San Antonio and even though I found lots of cute items, the customer service wasn't great. I'm so happy with my Loft store in Corpus and appreciate Michelle...

This place is the worst. They talk about you in front of you. I can hear it even when I'm far off. They falsely accused me of doing something I did not do. They just assume the worst of your intentions. They also put final sale on a receipt when on the tag it's not final sale and they don't tell you about it. This has never happened to be while I've been a regular customer there before and I know it was wrong for them to do that. I will not be visiting this store anymore. And they have the most snobby customer service.They need to hire people...

Walked in with my fiance, we were looking for pants for myself in particular. We were not greeted nor acknowledged, Ignored is what we got. While others were walking in and being greeted and asked if they needed helped. We were treated as if we were invisible, We left and will...
