I went in yesterday to get two tacos, a torta, and in horchata, I ordered my tacos with no cilantro and no onions. I can't eat cilantro since I had covid because it tastes like dish soap. The girl had my horchata ready as well. It was sitting on the counter. She gave me my food and didn't say anything about my drink. I paid $16 for two tacos and a torta. When I asked about my horchata she gave it to me. And she also later after the fact and after I had signed a receipt for $16 thinking that I had gotten my tacos, my torta, and my drink for that price. They charge my account $4 for an horchata. One that they clearly made with the agua fresca's powder. That should cost $2 at HEB. And you can make like 20 gallons with that stuff. Very highly disappointed with the cost of Mexican street food. I feel like it was highway robbery. For them specifically to get my order wrong. Absolutely shameful I hadn't eaten at this restaurant for almost two years because they consistently kept messing my food up. And here we are two years later and they f* my food up again. Avoid this place if you can. The restaurant across the street and the Hamlin shopping Center that is actually ran by real Mexicans. Charges you a very reasonable price for a lot of food. And the food is so...

Nonetheless, the servers were nice and attentive and the restaurant was clean and well maintained, parking is confusing, and so was payment at first, but that was...
Read moreI believe this was my second visit but really can't remember. Might have been facing a different direction and that's why it's different but familiar. The food was perfect here. I took one of the specials, enchiladas verdes, wish consisted of green chili enchiladas, refried beans with hints of bacon, and Spanish rice cooked perfectly soft but not hard. The chips and salsa were perfect... spicy but not overbearing. Service was great and the staff was really friendly and concerned about my comfort. Great job number twelve. 👍👍 For a great experience. Definitely a good spot to keep...
