Movie theater was nice and comfy! Clean and nice buttttt ! The little girl that was checking us out was very rude asked if they offer veterans discount she gave me a go to hell look and said NO we dont even get a discount! Was like wow ok then asked if they had extra butter for popcorn she said no we can't give anything out for free, I said no extra butter for popcorn! I dont mind paying for anything I want extra just asking simple everyday questions that anyone that goes to a movie would ask ! My husband is a veteran so why is it bad to ask for the discount he deserves???? The young man working with her was nice and had great customer service!! This was the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in a theater. The girl at the counter should not be in customer service. First of all I bought a large coke that she only filled up 3/4 of the way. I bought a large popcorn so that I could get a refill, when I came out to get a refill she said the concession stand was closed. The popcorn was right there, all she had to do was open the bag and fill my bag. Everything she did from the time we bought our ticket and concessions until the time we left it seemed like we were putting her out. I GUESS IF YOU ARE THE ONLY THEATER IN TOWN YOU THINK THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T MATTER, BUT YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE BUSINESS BECAUSE OF IT. I NOW HAVE A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH FOR...

Took my kid out to a movie to celebrate an award given to her by the principal. We chose the last show yesterday evening which was at 8:20 PM. We however couldn't make the 5:45 PM show due to me working. Arrived 13 minutes after the start time for the movie which we all know trailers can take 15-20 minutes before the movie even begins. Once inside, we made our way to the concession only to be told they were closed for the night. The girl working said, "We close the concession 10 minutes after the start of the last show." This girl tried to offer us popcorn from a 13 gallon trash bag. Got to our seats before the movie even began. Is this really their policy or was this employee lazy and decided to close early??
