3-D Auto Repair, Inc. — Local services in Cortland Township

These guys are great. As a former mechanic, I’ve been going to them for years for services that I can’t perform myself anymore, since I don’t have access to a lot of the equipment these days. They always take care of people fairly and quickly. I just read their one-star review out of curiosity, and I gotta say, that dude seems like a total chooch 😂. I’ve dealt with those types of customers in the past, and can tell that he brought in a clunker, and got mad when they tried to fix it and told him it was junk. 3D’s explanation of what happened to cause the rough shifting is absolutely the most likely scenario of what happened. Also, I just cannot deal with reading an incoherent rant from someone that doesn’t understand the English language, and how to properly insert punctuation in order to purvey their message. It just rubs me the wrong way. Oh yeah, and also these dudes do good work at a fair price. I will continue to take my vehicles, as well as the vehicles of my family and friends there for honest service. Keep up...

Very nice guys and the work was performed professionally but I feel the pricing was very expensive on parts. As a service business owner myself, I understand that you have to make some money on parts. You can look up pricing on all the parts online and they basically more then doubled the online prices which they already receive a 15% plus discount on. Also there was a small line item on the bottom called “other charges” for $47 which I don’t know what that was for. I went in thinking it would be around $700 repair but came out with a $1,100 bill. Again I understand they are in business to make a profit but I believe in the philosophy of make a fair amount of money and have a repeat customer for life. I have been going to 3-D Auto for over 7 years. I am continually impressed. They’ve done my oil changes, my tires, my brakes(all the fun things that go with that), headlights, heat shield, battery, etc. whenever I have a problem and I call they are efficient and more helpful than I would imagine. I don’t know why I’m still surprised each time with the quick and great work provided because I’ve never once been disappointed. I will take my business here always.
