Absolutely horrible! Save yourself a lot of frustration and store your belongings elsewhere! The service here is completely unprofessional, and the customer service team is not at all knowledgeable or helpful. My short time with them has been nothing but a series of frustrations and poor experiences. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!
And yes, one star because I have to, in all actuality my rating would be NEGATIVE 5 stars!
And do not question their insurance, they will submit a ticket and not allow access to your unit. Whatever you so, DO NOT STORE YOU BELONGINS WITH Storage Rentals of America!!!! Trust me!
In response to their response, my account is set to Auto Pay!!!!!! There is no reason for the payment to be late!!! I called the day they payment was due and asked, when will they payment be deducted, they told me by the end of the business day, then I called the following day, I told the rep that the AUTO PAY has not been processed yet, and was told "they" will do it my the end of the day. Strange, why are "they" processing an AUTO PAY payment.... "AUTO". I called again today, and was told that they have not processed the payment because there is an open ticket in regards to the insurance.    Read moreI thought I was able to praise this company a few weeks ago. I was seriously wrong. They have placed a lien on me, and upped the bill to over $300. I have to let others know, I never even signed a contract with them. They've never had my property in storage. They're just being greedy.

Wanted to share an excellent customer experience I'd had. Recently SROA Acquired a storage facility, just a week after I'd moved some things out. I was accidentally charged for a month of service on their books, so I had to call in and fix it.
Derrica from their help line was able to send the head office an email on my behalf. She was very pleasant, and was patient with me while I found the documentation she needed.
