I'm giving a one-star simply because My countertops are absolutely beautiful ,however other than that the process was not. the salesmen rarely returned my call when he did call he waited 10 days still to ask what color we wanted never confirmed the edging like he said he would when they finally came to do the install it was a whirlwind they came into my home and just flew through the process. first of all I had a cap made for my island it was supposed to not be screwed down but they did and ruined my beautiful island second they hooked up the plumbing never checked it to see if there. We're leaks they flew out of my house and it leaked they had to come back they did come back immediately and fix the problem they quickly left again had to run out on my porch and chase them down before they got out of my driveway so they could fix the second leak because they never checked it we called the next day to speak to the owner Patty who was not very helpful she was very rude to my wife she Expressed I don't care I need paid she didn't really want to hear much about our problems said I'll need to speak to the same guy that installed it in the first place who is also the owner Jerry I made arrangements for them to come by the the next day came to my house he was reeking of alcohol raising his voice and speaking to us in a very unprofessional Manor saying that they would never do anything like that he stated he never shut the water off so why would he turn it on and it was not their fault it was mine for not stopping the guy for drilling the holes after a very unpleasant conversation with him I told them I would keep $300 to fix my island for him basically ruining it he said I was ripping him off I paid him and he stormed out buyer beware if you do not have to deal with this company I would not although your experience might be differentI wish I would have chose someone else and pay the little more I tried to keep it in the community obviously I made a mistake. Never once did Patty or Jerry offer a apology or a compensation of any kind. They just are the rudest business people I...

We have just had completed repair work done by Custom Counter Top & Kitchens on our house lower level due to damage from a water leak behind the drywall. I am extremely pleased with the completed project. We had to have flooring replaced and the entire area painted. The flooring is beautiful and was installed quickly and was done very well. The drywall was replaced and the walls now look brand new and no evidence of the damage that had been done. From the initial estimate by Bob Knepper to the professional work by Travis and Sebastian it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely have future work done by Custom Counter...

We couldn't be more pleased with the work Bob and Tom did in our kitchen. We needed to replace our sink base cabinet, sink and faucet while keeping our original oak cabinets. They worked with us to update the kitchen without needing to replace all the cabinets. They redesigned the kitchen peninsula and additional cupboards for more storage. Replaced counter tops and backsplash to help blend new black cupboards with existing oak cabinets. They were always on time, returned any calls promptly and explained every step of the project.
