Ordered two peanut buster parfaits one with sprinkles in all the layers I said ( was willing to pay extra.. in fact I probably did I just haven’t checked yet. This is the stingiest PBP I’ve ever had for DQ. There was zero peanuts on the top layer. And I counted 15 in the middle layer then stopped counting but there was less than 10 in the bottom layer and way less fudge than usual. If we are paying extra for rising costs of things we should still be getting the same amount of product. I’m not giving 1 star because the employees were still kind and they may have not been trained properly on how to make the icecream but I’ve been getting peanut buster parfaits for 10+ years and has never been this stingy before.

I went in last night. It was close to closing time. They probably only had 15 minutes left. I grabbed an ice cream cake and I needed them to draw a mouse on it. The girl asked the guy to draw it while she took a few orders from drive thru and he was worried and saying it looked bad but dawgggg this was the best mouse I’ve ever seen. The person who the cake was for asked how they did it so well. So although I didn’t catch their names, this was the best cake decorating I’ve ever seen. 10/10 thanks for putting up with my shenanigans

We visit this Dairy Queen regularly and order Blizzards and Buster bars. The last few packs of buster bars were noticeably smaller but this last time they were ridiculously small. You could eat the whole thing in three bites. What an insult to your customers. Like we are so stupid we wouldn’t notice. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY. ADDED PICTURES. Even the picture on the box is bigger. 🤔. Per Dairy queen website and the box it’s supposed to weigh 148g. Upon weighing it was 3.6oz which equals 102g. So not inaccurate AT ALL!

I decided to treat me and my daughter today or so I tried to. When I got there I was the first person in the Drive-Thru with maybe one car in the parking lot I was told to hold on a second before they took my order, I didn't pay it no mind but was confused considering there really wasn't a lot of people there. The lady taking my order was very short and rude and kept cutting me off as I'm trying to order my ice cream. I also had to repeat my order a couple of times a baby chocolate cone with sprinkles and a medium crunch cone. Nothing complicated. As I was repeating my order for the last time she cut me off again to tell me to come pull around. All this time talking to me, a rude tone to her voice. Out of reaction I said "maybe you should let me finish talking first" I wasn't having a rude tone but I did think that that was kind of rude to cut me off as I was in the middle of talking, and repeating my order to you which you asked me to do. at this point I'm irritated because the customer service anymore is absolutely horrible. When I get up there to finally pay for my ice cream there was one car ahead of me which she was being very kind too I saw her smile as she was handing them the ice cream telling them to have a good day. My car pulled around she did not speak a word to me in any kind way, she said "well there's that for ya" talking about the card reader. I instantly just said that I would go somewhere else to get my ice cream. She proceeded to tell me that I said something rude to her as I pulled off, I did not. I told her that she cut me off as I was still repeating my order back to her that she asked me to and told me to pull around so I thought that was unprofessional in a bit rude. With that I pulled off and went and got ice cream elsewhere. If you want good customer service I suggest not coming here. It's pretty bad that a 4 year old also called her out by saying, " well...

Right off the bat this experience started off rough. The person working the register was either new or not trained, and had to have help making a custom blizzard (3 ingredients). While I was trying to place the order, another customer came in to complain about their drink that tasted like water. A replacement or remake were both rudely declined to the customer from the condescending young manager. I had a coupon that I tried to present, and even questioned the price but they stated it was because of the "add ons". After checking the receipt they did not actually apply it. Due to the amount of people and the interactions I witnessed I did not try to push this after the fact. The blizzard (again just 3 ingredients) was not in fact made correctly, and the "extras" should have simply been substitutions. Absolutely the worst experience I've encountered at a place of business in quite some time. Will likely not be returning to this location and will travel a bit further to not deal with the staff at this location again.

Adding a second update. It has been since May since we've gone to this location (having to go out of our way for decent ice cream), so we decided to give them another chance. What a mistake. 2/3 of the order is wrong. One was a Reese's piece cookie dough blizzard (that is on their menu) but instead got something with peanut pieces and sprinkles...how the .... The other was a blizzard with cold fudge, malt, and chocolate cookie pieces...what did we get instead? A cookie dough blizzard....how do you screw two SIMPLE blizzards up that bad? Absolutely will be actively talking to people to send them to better places and will not be...

I felt ignored because they were having register issues. They took one of the persons order we were traveling with and don't take mine. Disappeared to back. Brought my traveling companions food out and then left counter area again. Finally another employee took my order and then disappeared again. Finally brought my order out but forgot my drink. Then another employee came up front and apologized for the long wait but said it with a snotty type tone, definitely not sincere. The food was good, and I can understand problems ariseing beyond your control. But customer service should still be present. A kindly sorry please bear with us as we try and fix the registers, will take your order in a minute. Would have been a nice way to start. I never once complained or said anything except after and to my Traveling companions that I didn't feel her apology sounded...
