Worst customer service ever. Got my order wrong and when I said I was missing my fries I was told you got your sandwiches for free so take them and go . I said I have a receipt showing I paid 47.10 she told me well you didn’t pay for them she did ( my mother in law ) . She said so you still got you food for free so just leave . Other customers left and a guy that was their the whole time told them to back off and that he wanted the manager to call him the manager that was on the phone said I don’t know what to do . She then told them to ring 3 combos for 9 $ they still got it wrong but I got the fries . I just got my order maybe 30 mins ago. Their days are numbered. No one really goes to or orders from them anymore. It’s not just a bad Cortland Location, (they should have opened Downtown to liven up the area, even though Pizza Joes is there and is also gross) their food is also terrible and nothing like the Mr. Hero of old. You have a better chance getting a sub from Brothers, even though the food poisoning risk may be there. At least you get...

I'm from the west coast, so I kind of forgot about the time change, we showed up 5 minutes be for closing and I hate being "that guy" but the girl working was super friendly, not annoyed it was 5 minutes be for closing, or didn't show it :) .... food was great. She had it done and out pretty quickly, and it might have been a minute, maybe 2, after closing time when we walked out...
