The prices have been raised significantly as of late, the individual specialty departments such as produce and particularly the meat department, are of high quality. A downside to this establishment through no fault of their own happens to be the only grocer in town, now eliminating choices that would otherwise be available. I give high praise to the dedicated employees who have stuck with this establishment, such as Bill and Tim in the meat department and Nicky of produce. This store, like a lot of other stores in Coudersport, PA, is small and charming. I always get a warm, fuzzy feel when I visit this grocery store because I think it brings me back to my childhood when that was all we shopped at was the small local grocery store. I’m impressed by how many items they have managed to fit in this store. It is crowded! They have a good selection. I can find things here that I can’t find in my local store in a neighboring town. Under the wisdom and guidance of Stan, our Shop n Save just keeps getting better and better. His gradual addition of organic items makes it easier to shop here rather than traveling out of town. I only hope that he continues and before long I will be able to shop completely in Coudersport for all of my organic dairy, produce and grains. Keep up the good work.
