I sold a gold bracelet at EZ pawn, and I didn't know much about gold prices at the time, but now I know they ripped me off because the bracelet weighs 7.7 grams and they gave me $230. Now that i know the price of gold I feel stupid for selling it to them.. Probably my fault for not doing some research first, but they shouldn't take advantage of people who don't know the value of something just because they can. They obviously aren't honest people and don't care whether or not customers will come back to do business again. I wouldn't recommend selling your gold here. Also I tried to pawn a window AC unit that I literally bought from them that I only used 1 time (my central air wasn't working right for 2 days), and they wouldn't take it because it makes a noise. Came into the shop wanting a price on my computer that I wanted to sell. What should have been a quick and swift process turned into a gruesome hour long torture. The nightmare started with the Reps working at the store. They were highly unprofessional and were unfamiliar with any technology even though they had many newer pc and consoles at the store. While working through the appraisal of my computer the representative gets so frustrated while trying to log into the pc that she was frantically walking back and forth. When I tried to tell her that I can help her log into the computer she willingly accepts, as soon as I’m trying to get through the OS setup she gets annoyed because I didn’t do it how she wanted. Overall if you want to waste your time for an offer that won’t even be remotely reasonable then EZ PAWN...

This place Is a joke!! I purchased two gold chains from this location. When I bought them they assured me on how good of a deal I was getting and how nice the chains were , even said I could come back a pawn them for half of what I bought them for if I ever needed to . Both chains ended up geting broke (my fault) . So I returned to see how much I could get for the scrap gold and the lady tests them and says she can’t take either one because they are fake ! I proceeded to tell her how I purchased them both here at this location and all she had to say was “well that’s not good” so In shock and speechless I leave the store very upset and don’t get any apology or anything else said to me .
