Was ordering a washer & dryer set, paid a $10 deposit, waited TWO weeks for delivery. It’s the day of the delivery, past the time it was supposed to be there, I HAD to reach out and ask them what’s going on and they said bc my ID was expired they couldn’t deliver until it was renewed (which was, was just waiting for it in the mail). But nobody told me that on the phone OR even bothered to call ME, I had to call them. And then they don’t want to refund the whole $10, only $5.. granted it’s only $5 but won’t...

They are NOT just wanting your money. They give a great customer service experience for people so they keep coming back. I have completed at least 7 contracts with RAC & currently paying off another. They treat customers with respect, a quality lacking in most businesses now-a-days!! Treat them right & they will treat...
