Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I asked for a bag of Cherry Cavendish Tobacco. The tag said $20.99. When it was scanned, it rang up for $25.69?? The cashier WOULD NOT honor the price that it was tagged for. She called the manager, and the manager said to charge me what it rang up for, not the price it was marked for. They argued with me about the price until I eventually left the building, without my tobacco. Very rude customer service. I didn’t put the price on it, they did, and they wouldn’t honor the price. I was told from the manager, “Tobacco prices went up today, and we can’t change every tag on every item.” I have been a manager of stores before. You always sell it to the customer for the price marked, then fix the mistake. You DO NOT tell the customer they are wrong, and proceed to charge 25% more than the tagged price. I will never go...

I haven't been there for some time as I am no longer able to drive or walk very far due to being permanently disabled from an assault. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised at how much it has grown. They have so many different items. I was greeted right as I went in. I was picking up something for a friend. It was a pain for her to get as it was last. I couldn't believe the trouble she went to for me at one of their busiest times and monthly payday on top of it. You would have thought I was the only person in the store . As I waited for my waited I observed the other employees. They all were like that. Was tryin to see what kind of Dutch cigars they had when I pulled up to the window an old dude not friendly at all I ask if they had any he said yes like he was annoyed. I asked what kind. Because you know I’m just supposed to know what all they have. He rudely said he didn’t know and scuffed off. If you don’t like your job simply get a new one you will enjoy stop being shtty to people all because you don’t want to be there! It’s life grow up!
