JCPenney — Local services in Council Bluffs

Beautiful store, very helpful staff- any department worker will walk you to where you need to go versus just giving you directions in a big store you could easily get lost in if you don't regularly shop here, I don't. They have catalogs with my husband's size ( it's hard to find ) and they were even better priced IN HIS SIZE than the BOGO free they we're currently having. So the guy found a catalog comparable to Arizona brand quality and saved me $20 before taxes like I said than the above sale!!! How about that for service!!! High quality products that last years if taken care of and prices that make it worth it either way. My deal or the BOGO free in-store and some in catalogs if I understood correctly ( and in special sizes there is no BOGO but it's cheaper to buy the 4 pair and have it delivered to the store to save on shipping and handling!!!! They'll call you when your order is ready for pickup at the store. One of Council Bluffs finest quality...

I took two of my Relic watches here to get a battery replaced. Pretty simply task. Could've done it myself if I had the tools. The older lady's working the jewelry department seemed like they didn't care to do it. They gave the job to a younger girl who definitely didn't know how to do it. She was trying to get the back of the watch off for a solid 10 minutes before I looked over because I heard a noise, and she was banging my watches against the counter. She told me she had to send the watches out to get the battery replaced. I signed off on it. I got a call later saying that the two watches were broken and it would be $80 each to fix them. The girl working broke my watches and took no responsibility for it. My watches worked before I took them there. All I needed was a battery and the jewelry department...

Went in last Sunday 3/28/2021 and ordered IN-STORE two wedding bands. Matching wedding bands as in appearance and alloy, 14k. After the order and I receive my email confirmation it says the woman's is 10k... Supposed to be both 14k. Would have happily paid the extra maybe $40 to get it right the first time. Not happy, being that I took a credit inquiry hit to acquire JCPenny' credit card to save an extra 15% for 24 hours only 😡🤬.
