I want to give a blessed, great and loud shout out to all of the following workers :DESTINY, AMANDA, CHERYL,KYLEIGH, AND ARTHUR AND IF I MISSED ANYONE MAKING THE FOOD THEY ARE INCLUDED TOO!!. THIS ENTIRE CREW IS NOT ONLY RESPECTABLE IN THEIR SERVICE, BUT THEY ARE EXPEDIENT, ON PAR WITH ORDERS, FOOD IS MADE FRESH AND TO EXCELLENCE. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE OUR FRIES, WHICH BY THE WAY ARE THE BEST AT THIS LOCATION IN THE STATE OF Nebraska. AS A TEAM AND INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE RESPECTABLE, POLITE, AND CHEERFUL, THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND.
MY HUSBAND IS AN OVER THE ROAD TRUCK DRIVER AND I AM A MILITARY VETERAN. Mostly AT OTHER BURGER KINGS WE ARE Treated RUDELY. THIS LOCATION THEY LOOK AT Everyone WITH KINDNESS AND COMPASSION. WHEN ASKING FOR SOMETHING THEY APOLOGIZE AND CORRECT WITHOUT IGNORANCE OR UNAPPRECIATED FACIAL Expressions OR EYE ROLLS. THEY SMILE WITH REAL Enthusiasm AND JUST TAKE CARE OF US Customers. AS I WAS WAITING FOR MY FOOD, I ACTUALLY Didn't ASK IN THE GREATEST WAY FOR FRIES TO BE FRESH, BUT THEY CHANGED MY MOOD WITH A SMILE and STAYING WITH RESPECT, FROM EVERYONE. I ALSO OBSERVED THE OTHER TRANSACTIONS GOING ON AROUND ME FROM THE OTHER Customers AT THIS BK. ALL OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED, THEIR SERVICE IS Honorable AND Commendable. A service from each one individually Of excellence and as a team. Thank you for making our lunch hOt and fresh, taste to perfection, and in a fashionable and timely manner. The fries tasted so good I ate almost all of them before my family and I unwrapped/opened our food to eat. Thank you for your professionalism, courtesy, and smiles that made our day much more bright. Read moreLast night I went in to a Burger King and the large lady at the counter said be with you in a min.. then turns to look and an empty bag on the back counter…. A min goes by and the manager come by with stuff in her hands and says we will be right with you. Then goes away.. 5-6 min total go by and large lady has done nothing but fiddle with empty bag when back line finally puts food in the bin she then puts it in the bag and hands it out the drive through… then waddles over to me and asks what I want.. I tell her a whopper with cheese.. to which she says it will be a 6 min wait cause they will have to cook it…. Am I wrong for getting upset…. if she had just take my order when I walked in it would have been cooked and ready by in the time it took for her to dream about the food she was going to put in the bag.. needless to say I did not eat a BK that night. Maybe management might want to actually train there staff as I am sure sales would go way up if people could actually order and receive food in a FAST food...
Read moreThe older Hispanic lady (who i was informed by another employee was the GM) Was being extremely rude the entire time I was in the restaurant. She frequently cut me off, and got the order wrong twice even tho I repeated it multiple times, was extremely rude to the employees by yelling at them for doing something wrong even tho from my perspective (4 years of line cook in a busy restaurant) the employee wasn't doing anything wrong. And then repeatedly cut off the employee from speaking to explain their reasoning. For someone who's job is supposed to be to make sure the kitchen runs like a well oiled machine, it sure seems like she was more interested in throwing her authority around and ruining the flow that the kitchen staff was trying to establish. I think she should go back to training and learn some team building exercises. Because I would never work for her and with how she spoke to her employees I am debating on never stopping st this...
