I placed my order on 4-8-19. I ordered a custom set that included a California King Bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, mirror and chest. I specified when I ordered the set I wanted a specific color and hardware & was told it would take 6-8 wks to come in. As of 6-7-19 I still didnt hear anything about the order so I contacted the store & was informed just bed and nightstands shipped and they would deliver those. I was hesitant to receive half the order due to not being guranteed the colors would match, they sent me an email to gurantee that they would so I stated they could deliver those pieces. I didnt receive those until 7-3-19. When they delivered I informed them the nightstands had the wrong hardware and the bed was a King instead of a California King. They said they would place another order for the correct bed and nightstands to receive by end of the month with the remainder of furniture missing. On 8-1-19 I emailed again about furniture because phone calls were not being returned. They called and said delivery would be on 8-8-19 at noon and they had all the pieces except for the mirror. At this point I was extremely frustrated. On 8-7-19 they called to see if I could move apt to 9 instead of 12 to accomodate another customer and said fine, figuring I would go in a little late instead of leaving during lunch. On 8-8-19 they called at 8 saying they would be late because they cant find all the pieces. They didn't show up till 1130 and didnt finish till 1320. The reason for being late, they couldnt find the mirror or the correct nightstands. I tried messaging them on fb and have been blocked. I called last week and was told my furniture will get to warehouse this week and they would call me & set up delivery. Read moreIf you find the furniture in house, you shouldn’t have an issue, but if it’s an order, be prepared to wait months for your items (if you get them at all). Also, be prepared to have to continuously call for an update because they will not let you know anything. I placed an order paid in full on June 2nd and was given a 7-8 week lead time. I called at 9 weeks (and each week after) for an update, only to be strung along for another two months. I was told it had finally shipped (yay!) and that it would be at their facility in 7-10 days. On the last day of that timeframe I (once again) called them and there was no answer; I decided to text Courtney/Julie since that seemed the best way to communicate and have yet to receive anything. Read moreI ordered a piece from their “biggest sale of the year” and am unfortunately very disappointed. In the pictures posted on Facebook, there was no visible damage, nor was the furniture (or the sale) advertised as damaged or even as a floor sample. My credit card was charged in full, and I did not accept delivery when it came. The paint was chipped and peeling/bubbling. The media console itself was dirty, with fingerprints and very obvious wood filler where there were cracks in the wood. It honestly looks like it had been stored outdoors. They told me that they would replace the piece, but it will take 6-9 months. I ordered our bedroom furniture from here and it was beautiful, so I’m very upset with my experience this go round.
