This location has fun games that actually function properly, for the most part. Sometimes, there are issues, but issues happen and can't always be avoided. What matters most is that the workers make it right IMMEDIATELY. Sadly, you don't get that at most places these days. The workers at this location are very friendly and helpful, and they show a willingness to help instead of acting rude about it or showing that they don't want to be helping you. I only ever had an issue like that ONE out of the MANY times I've been there, so no big deal to me. To speak a little more on the games, though... I will say, in my opinion, that I personally feel as though the play times are way too short. I get that each play is only one token, but that adds up SO QUICKLY when most game's playtimes are literally only about 5 seconds EACH. These businesses are making way too much profit to be shorting the customers that much like that. Again, though... This is just one man's opinion. I also think the new trampoline attraction is a bit overpriced for what you get as well. As far as the food, I don't get food when we go anymore. The food just doesn't take good, and it's EXPENSIVE... At list, it is for what you're getting. One last compliment, I find that they keep the place relatively clean from all the times...
Read moreHorrible!!!! Took my kids to a birthday party TODAY and ordered food and extra cards, my total was $98.24 and I swiped my cash app debit card only to be told it was declined and was asked to swipe again and was told once again it was declined. I ended up using my debit card from my bank, paid the amount only to see that the 1st 2 swipes did go through as I had money on my card to begin with. I notified the manager when I saw the first swipe went through and I received a refund. However, after 5 minutes I got the alert to my phone that the 2nd swipe went through as well. I was told I could not get another refund and to call the corporate number. The corporate office is closed on the weekend...and I requested the District Manager's phone number from the manager on duty, he would not give me the number nor would he call for a resolution. He told me it would take at least a week of calling corporate to get my money back. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE, I RECOMMEND ALL PARENTS TO NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. I am a single mother of 3 and my money was just taken. I would also like to add, I was not the only customer who had this happen. They continued to use the same card machine despite multiple customers getting declined, but had funds removed from their cards. I should not even give...
Read moreChuck E Cheese. The classic place to take your kid for a birthday. It's loud, bright, expensive, loud, flashing lights everywhere, and loud.
The food: it's "good enough." They know you don't have a choice, especially if you are here for a birthday, so it doesn't have to be good. Just "good enough" to fill you and your kids. Even the desserts (like cake and ice cream) are just "ok."
The entertainment: it's Chuck E Cheese. If you're not in the "birthday" section watching the kids music video loop, your other choice are kid friendly video games and other skill games. Some give tickets which are redeemable for "exciting" prizes. It's awfully convenient that you can pay additional money to make up any shortcomings in tickets to redeem a prize.
The price: expensive as heck. They do have a "club" and also offer coupons on the official website to help, but be prepared to spend a bundle. Especially if you are hosting a party.
Needs improvement: thankfully there is wifi here to keep adults entertained on mobile devices, but I've not seen connections this slow since dial-up. Seriously, check it out yourself with a speed test website/app.
Overall: expensive, loud. Your kids...
