Green Tea Sushi Bar — Restaurant in Louisiana

The wait staff did not know what was is the food and the beverage bar was down. We ended up ordering tea that tasted weird. The waitress offered us clear soup and brings put a nasty brown liquid. It was horrible, we sent it back. Then we ordered our meal. I had to send my food back after an almost 20 minute wait because it was not prepared how I asked. I asked for no onion and received a plate full of them. The food was overpriced for the quality of what we received. As we were preparing to leave another family walked in. They had small children with them that would not eat anything on the menu so the family brought kids meals with them. The manager walked up to them and was very rude in telling them they couldn't bring anything in from outside there's a way to talk to people to get a point across without being rude. My family took me to celebrate my birthday. We always wanted to try this place. The Gyoza appetizer was good, as was the crunchy roll sushi. The main dishes we ordered was the Teriyaki chicken, Generals chicken and chicken tempura. The tempura was not good. The batter was not tempura style and greasy. Some of the chicken was not cooked all the way and the sweet potato was a fry tempura battered. The teriyaki and Generals chicken was decent but not worth the cost. My wife and daughter both picked at the tempura and stomach issues later in the evening. I called the next day to inform them of what happened just in case others might have problems. The manager and forwarded my information to the owner. I was told the owner would contact me soon. So far it has been 2 weeks and I have yet to here from the owner. worst service ive ever had. After I was seated no waiter came to check on me for 10 minutes, when I asked one of the waiters where my server was she stated she was going to go get her. 5 minutes pass by and no one came to the table. I asked the same person again and she replied with an attitude "ill just get your order" and I let her know I was just going to leave because I had be waiting for 15 and no one had even cared to come check up on me. I would've understood if that restaurant was busy, but it wasn't all the waiter were just walking around with this dumb look on their faces like that had nothing to do.
