The Taco Bell app never seems to work for me anymore... It charges me for my order placed through the app, but it never actually submits my order to be made. So, I had to order at the speaker. The guy at the window was fairly polite and easy to deal with, which isn't usually the case at all these days, sadly. I ordered my food with certain changes to some of the items as I always do because I can't eat the jalapeƱo sauce that is added to certain items there. However, when I finally made it back home and was able to open my food to eat, my order wasn't right with multiple items. The biggest issue was my steak quesadilla I asked for with no creamy jalapeƱo sauce, but it actually looked like double the normal amount of the jalapeƱo sauce was added. I tried contacting the store over the phone many times since I had no available transportation to get myself back to the store in person, but I never could get anyone to answer the phone. There is also no way to leave any voicemail either, so here we are. Taco Bell used to be great due to being able to get a lot of food for low cost, but that is far from the case these days. Taco Bell has become one of the more expensive fast food establishments over time, so when mess-ups like this happens, it makes the situation much more frustrating. I would very much like a reply from someone to my issue with my food tonight because this meal that I now can not eat was too expensive not to at least try to get a credit for it. I will attempt to speak to a manager at the Taco Bell located in Covington, La on Hwy 21 sometime...

Meaning I drive for various organizations that transport dogs from the south to the north where they can be fostered and find homes. Every person takes a leg and drives about an hour and a half, then transfers the dogs to the next driver. We use store and restaurant parking lots as our transfer points. On February 09, 2018 I was transporting 4 puppies and 1 terrier mix. We agreed to meet in this Taco Bell's parking lot away from the drive thru traffic, which wasn't much, I finished setting up my bed sheet and pen so the pups could relieve themselves as they are so young their paws were not supposed to touch the ground. After I set everything up, the "manager" came out and told me I could not do that here since it was a restaurant. I explained what we were doing and that we would only be there 15 minutes and to move would be confusing for the driver I was meeting. He was adamant. We do not create a mess and pick up EVERYTHING when we leave, dog waste included. He called the police. I explained to the two policeman what we were doing and they thought it was great but since Taco Bell didn't want us there.....I have been transporting for 8 years and no one has ever told us to leave. I realize that each store owner has their priorities but I will never use this place again. I called the corporate head quarters in California and informed them of the situation. Businesses are wondering why sales are decreasing but yet they are staffing these locations with rude individuals lacking people skills. Not to mentioned they donāt want to work and get mad when customers walk through the door. People please stay away from this location - the zero star reviews are legit. This TB is disgusting, the staff is rude and the food is trash. We visited today and I wish my husband wouldāve listened to me to stay away from this place. He evidently gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed an order. Only to be disrespected after he witnessed an employee use her gloved hand to text right before preparing his meal. Thatās the real definition of cross contamination. Upon bringing his concern to the manager (whoās very rude) the manager gave a sarcastic remark and simply holler to the employees to change their gloves. My husband asked for his food to be remade - a legitimate request after witnessing a food violation. The rude manager (Frederick) said we aināt remaking anything & refused to give a refund. I see why people repeatedly get sick after eating at these fast food chains. The employees are trash and food sanitation is totally dismissed. As a health professional I know the seriousness of cross contamination. Phones are full of bacteria including (E. Coli) from people using the bathroom & lacking hand washing ethic.
