Sent in my boyfriend's watch to get the stones replaced a month early (may 11) so it would be ready on father's day. Was promised back on June 10. May 29th I received a phone call saying I would be charged $80 more because it was estimated incorrectly. I agreed because it has already been so long and i needed the watch back. Ended up being ready June 14th so i go to pick it up. I gave it to my boyfriend early and no repair on the watch was made so I go back to the store, surprise ruined. They dont know why I was charged $80 or why nothing was done to the watch. They send it back and also tell me if I wouldve sent it in 2 days prior to sending it out it wouldve been covered by the insurance. Gee, thanks. So they "put a rush on it" and said it would be back in a week. It comes back the 22nd with a single dark stone, whether caused by dirt, or glue, it's definitely noticeable. Read moreI recently had a fantastic shopping experience at your store. The ambiance was also inviting and cozy. The people were nice and very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They also worked within my price range. Sometimes when stores learn that you don’t have very much to spend they don’t provide you with help or assistance you deserve but that was not the case here they were the complete opposite. Rhonda the manage even came out and informed me about the different deals and promotions.
The end result was I left with a high quality bracelet that my daughter loves.
