I delivered to the Tractor Supply next door and I needed to take care of an issue I had with my account, so after I finished with my delivery I pulled around the building and stopped in to see if they could help me. The store manager greated asked how he could help me, he was very pleasant and professional, I explained my situation and he very knowledgeably provided me with the information I would need to solve it. As we talked I told him that I probably wouldn't be able to get this resolved if they ran me around I would probably just give up and hold a grudge about it. He then told me that if I had the time he make the calls and do everything to he could to help me. I told him I didn't want to be to much trouble and assured me that it was not and he would be grateful to help make me a satisfied customer than let me leave knowing I was going to be unhappy with the service I had received. So he sat on the phone with corporate and didn't give up till he got me the answer I wanted. Was told they could order the phone, but my girlfriend would have to come in to the store in order to add me to her plan. It sounded right, since she would have to authorize the additional line to her account and set up delivery details for my phone. We went in and all the guy did was take her email address and look at her I.D. We could have just done this online, but he said for us to come in to the store. Why? I can only assume he said this so he could get the commission for the sale. I've been using Straight Talk for years with no issues. I find all the processes you have to go through (reregistering everything, downloading all your old apps again, putting in all your passwords, etc) to be a pain in the neck. Not to mention having to pay for accessories all over again. However this time around wasn't too bad all because of Haley. She is a pleasant young lady who never makes you feel stupid, no matter how many dumb questions you ask about smartphones. She is knowledgeable about the phones and products and services.
