Unacceptable Service and Complete Lack of Accountability â BUYER BEWARE
TLDR : After buying a 80k vehicle you see their true colors. I was told to do something illegal, got hung up on by DARIEN and his counterpart (wish I knew his name) 3 times, lied to about title process.
My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. When purchasing a vehicle at this price pointâ$80,000âI expected professionalism, transparency, and customer service. Instead, I encountered poor communication, misinformation, and outright negligence.
From the start, the experience was a disaster. When I arrived to see the vehicle, it was completely dead. It took the dealership nearly two hours just to jump-start it, which should have been an early indication of the disorganization I was about to face.
After finalizing the purchase, I was rushed through the process and provided with incorrect information about the title transfer. I was assured it would be simple, yet I am now facing a 6- to 8-week delay in being able to drive my vehicle due to the dealershipâs failure to understand or disclose the complexities of transferring a title from another state to Indiana. Had I been given accurate information upfront, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I am now left with a vehicle I cannot legally drive.
When I reached out for assistance, the titling department was unhelpful and dismissive. Worse, I was actually advised by BRITTANY and the head of the title department to swap license plates without providing proof or confirmation I could do thisâan action that is illegal, as confirmed by both my local BMV and law enforcement. When I called the dealership to express my concerns and request a resolution, I was met with indifference and condescension. Rather than taking responsibility for their misinformation, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I was simply âstuckâ with the problem.
To make matters worse, the customer service was completely unprofessional. I was hung up on by a sales "Manager" named DARIEN when trying to seek a solution. When I called back, I was informed that he had âjust walked out,â and the next representative I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive, questioning why I was even calling and suggesting that my complaint should have been a âtwo-second conversation.â When I tried to explain the situation further, I was hung up on multiple times by him.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a high-value purchase. If this is how they treat customers after the sale, I can only imagine how difficult it will be to deal with them for future service visits when I HAVE to bring my vehicle in for oil changes.
I strongly caution anyone considering this dealershipâtake your business elsewhere especially since I'm not the first review regarding how they handle situations like this. I will ensure to let my fellow veterans and military friends know of this experience and direct them elsewhere. A dealership that lacks integrity, provides inaccurate information, and then refuses to take accountability for their mistakes is not one you should trust...

Nothing says how much they appreciate our military service members than raising the price of the vehicle and trying to convince a disabled veteran they're actually giving you a better deal.
Online Offer: MSRP $43,425 Dealer Online Discount $4,000 = Purchase Price $39,425 tax/title/license/doc fee
First, I asked for $1,000 off their online price. Salesperson Brian Stellwag told me he could get me $997 off. I signed agreeing I would purchase that day for $997 off their online price, not including any other incentives for which I may qualify, plus tax/title/license/doc fee.
Offer #1: MSRP $43,425 Dealer Online Discount $4,000 Additional Dealer Discount $997 = Purchase Price $37,428 tax/title/license/doc fee
When they prepared the actual offer, there was no mention of the $997 off. When I inquired about it, they told me they removed a "dealer addendum" valued at $995 that is not included in the MSRP or online price. Essentially, they agreed to remove an expense that was not initially disclosed and pretended they were lowering the price of the vehicle by nearly $1,000. In all actuality they didn't change the vehicle price.
Offer #2: MSRP $43,425 Dealer Discount $4,005 = Purchase Price $39,420 tax/title/license/doc fee
When they learned I was eligible for the $1,000 Military Appreciation Allowance, they reworked the offer, opting to tell me the out the door price, which was lower than their original offer. When I worked it out, they had actually RAISED the price of their vehicle.
Offer #3: MSRP $43,425 Dealer Discount $3,588 Military Appreciation Allowance $1,000 = Purchase Price $38,837 tax/title/license/doc fee
Ultimately the Sales Manager and General Manager both began texting me. The Sales Manager called me the wrong name... They reworked the offer AGAIN, this time they finally agreed to honor their online price AND give me the Military Appreciation Allowance.
Offer #4 MSRP $43,425 Dealer Online Discount $4,000 Military Appreciation Allowance $1,000 = Purchase Price $38,425 tax/title/license/doc fee
They then tried using high pressure sales techniques saying "keep in mind, this is a today offer only." Never mind the fact that's literally their online discount price and the Military Appreciation Allowance doesn't expire for another two weeks. They also tried gaslighting me by again telling me they wouldn't charge me the $955 Addendum, therefore I was actually getting "an additional $1,000 off." They also very condescendingly went on to say "I gave you EXACTLY what you asked for," when in fact they know they hadn't.
I will be filing a formal complaint with the Indiana Secretary of State's Auto Dealer Services Division in the...
Read moreTOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Had an appt to get the protective coating on my interior and exterior. Told mulitple times it was about an hour process. An hour and a half goes by, so I ask to check the progress because my infant with me is getting fussy. The lady disappears for another 20 mins and comes back and tells me she will be bringing my car around and to go speak with the manager for payment. I'm thinking the job is done. The manager Britney, pulls me in her office, has me sign a contract, and charges me $800. She also basically tells me this coating doesn't really even protect much of anything but it comes with a 5 year warranty to fix any damages, so whatever, I'll take it. I come out of her office and the front desk lady meets me again(who I've spoke with the most) and says "sorry, I didn't know you were coming and they got busy selling cars so it's going to be another two hours. But, we will fill up your gas tank." My gas tank is full and that is not even close to how you should compensate for my entire afternoon and charging me money for a service I did not get. I was furious! I went back in to Britney's office and she assured me if I came back the next day, they would get it done and we would work out compensation. After I got home, I realized that I do not want to waste anymore time with these people so I called and said, if they cannot give me a couple hundred dollars off (25%) for all this trouble, I do not even want to continue. Britney then goes on to tell me her idea of compensation was "Christi Cash for a discount on my next oil change". What a joke! Told her no, and to get back with me ASAP about 25% off. She never did. I had to call back multiple times to get my refund. Britney avoided all my calls. I had never done business with them before and never will again. I am actually thankful this did not go through because I found out from a former employee that the product they use is garbage and ALSO they have been known to not even put the coating on and say they...
