I currently use Cricket for my personal cell phones service provider and i really couldnt be happier with the service i get through Cricket with the 60 dollar plan i have. I hardly have any issues with losing signal no matter where I am at for the most part.
Now I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THE CRAWFORDSVILLE STORE TO DO ANYTHING WHATSOEVER. The customer service in this store is the worst and most terrible experience I've probably ever had in my life at any store in general. The employees hardly know anything about the phones they carry in store at any time or about anything that might be giving you problems with your phone that is related to your phones connection with their service towers etc.
When I started my plan with Cricket at the Crawfordsville store I was asking the only employee that was working at that time which phone would he the best fit for what i needed and what my budget was at the time and i also asked which phones there at the time had recently came out and which ones were about to have its next generation come out and She couldnt answer any of my questions about the phones and just repeatedly read off what the specs and description of the different phones were. Finally she used her own phone and looked up how recent the phone i wanted was and told me it had just came out about 3 months prior. LIES!!! I went in to pay my first bill because the autopay wasnt working for some reason and when i walked in the store to pay for my 2nd month only 30 days after buying my phone outright for over 200 dollars and signed up for the insurance plan to protect myself hopefully well guess what!!!! Horrible staff and customer service. Was just there today to buy a brand new phone and had an unlit cigar piece in hand. Was told it was against store policy to have tobacco showing. Which is a legal right if it's not lit and harmful. AUSTIN refused to produce store policy saying that in writing and we were asked to leave the store. Happily driving to Lafayette now for that new phone. Costed the owner some money today. Called around and heard from other managers that is NOT a store policy in any way. I ended up with the phone she suggested, a case that came with a screen protector that she put on, and very helpful information for the best future. We had a nice chat while she switched my phone over for me and made sure it was good to go. She even called the store from my new phone to make sure it was working.
