Dollar General — Local services in Cresson Township

The overall cleanliness of the store is ok. The only real problem I have (and have had since this location opened), is that the wait in line can be absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason why there should EVER be more than 2 customers waiting in line to check out if there is more than one employee working. What kind of customer service philosophy is that??

I also wanna make myself clear though, that the majority of the employees here are very courteous when approached.

But, it never fails at this location, that you will have to wait because other employees can't seem to be bothered to come help you.

This specific dollar always sucks! Lines are always ridiculously long n No one working there cares. There's always things in the aisles where u can't go down certain aisles at all for days at a time . Never stocked with things. Workers now are so rude, they move like snails while ringing people up, n honestly you can tell they don't care. They don't care about hygiene , customers ,or their jobs. Its obvious. I suggest either going to family dollar in town which sucks too just not as bad or just going somewhere...

Everytime I walk in it seems there are more and more of those netted transport carts blocking the aisles. Today I walked in to see their Halloween/fall decorations. The fall aisle, and most of the store was completely blocked with boxes, and hardly any of the decorations were out (last year they were out by August). I have always enjoyed coming to this store, but will have to start...
