The older gentleman is great works very very hard. However The lady you have answering your phones is very rude.. How about next time you put a customer on hold ,Make sure they can't hear the conversation where you're complaining and cussing about having other customers. It's called prioritize phone call.Orders should come first because there is a limit on deliveries VS inline.People who simply are already standing in line and can drive back and forth. If you don't want your job, my dear.Other people will be more than glad to have your paycheck.. And i'm sure they'll have better customer service...
