I can't believe this place can still run with the current staff it has now. I am still in awe at the involotence of the vet today, me and my mother brought in stray kittens we where trying to get seen because one one looking very sickly and needed some kind of shot for hydration and antibiotics. The very first thing she did was shove dewormer into all the kittens mouth and I was extremely worried she would do it to the one who CAN BARELY BREATH. I should have told her not to like I wanted, but I had TRUSTED the vet knew what she was doing.

Long story short the kitten died within minutes because it couldn't breath and she didn't even look at the condition of the kitten before shoving dewormer down it's throat and it died. If would have had a better chance if WE DIDDNT TAKE IT. I cannot believe a vet would do this and will be letting everyone I can know about how she shoved liquid dewormer down a cats throat/that obviously can't swallow or BREATH/ and then proceeded to tell me and my mother that he was just to weak after suffocating him with deworner, not even antibiotics, DE WORMER. Any sane person who isn't even a vet could have paid 10% attention and know he shouldn't be given anything orally especially a huge amount of liquid dewormer. Absolutely disgusted with this place and to be honest the way they reacted during it just made them seem scared to even admit what they did was wrong, she killed the kitten because she didn't give a crap enough to pay attention AT ALL. Disgusted, let alon a vet even a normal person has that common sense.

Watching the kitten try to breath and cry out while suffocating on dewormer because of the vet was horrible and the vet literally killed the kitten with the most simple mistakes that even a normal human being wouldn't make, I thought we where supposed to be able to trust vets not take a tiny little kitten and watch it be suffocated as they watch it and then only after it's died try to get it air after telling me to my face that he WILL BE FINE, they didn't even try to get the liquid from his throat out. When I said, hey HE CANT SWALLOW he can't breath, why would you shove dewormer down it's throat, I am still in awe this 'vet' hasnt been sued out of...

I would like to say that I was looking for an affordable and competent Veterinarian to take my sick kitty to.. I ended up with a recommendation to call this clinic. I asked about the prices and found they were much cheaper than my local clinics in Lincoln. I was given an appointment the same day :) I packed up my kitten and we headed out. My kitty gracie; she was very nervous the entire drive. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly faces, and we were seen in a very brief period time. Dr Bennett was caring and knowledgeable. We decided to do some blood work on Gracie and go from there. After doing blood work Dr B explained everything to me in ways that I could understand, and we decided to try some medication. The prices for the medication was very affordable, and she took into account that I was on a low budget. She found the best way to break down the cost & we left feeling much better... Even the ride home was calm by this point. I would like to say thank you! I could not have hoped for a better experience, and I will be referring anyone in the future to you. We finally found our vet.. I've been to other vets, and I have even taken my Gracie to an emergency clinic in the past.. this was by far my very best experience!! Extraordinary care.. and not breaking the bank!! 10/10...

I had been going here since I was a teenager with my dad. I’m now 54 and started going here again. One of my dogs was misdiagnosed with allergies when he had kennel cough. I even told Dr. Jennifer that the Humane Society had told me that he had just recovered from kennel cough. So with the misdiagnosis I ended up having to treat all 3 of my dogs with $120 worth of antibiotics. Last week I took one of my other dogs there because she was throwing up constantly. They chose to do an exploratory and found pieces of a rubber toy in her stomach and removed them. I was told twice by Dr. Jennifer that the bill was going to be around $400, with one of those quotes coming after surgery. Then all of a sudden when I come to pick her up the bill is $673. They allowed me to write a check for $400 and said that I can make payments on the rest. Today I get a bill for $733.73. You can’t do this to people! I will...
